The Grilly Cheese food truck is the BEST! It’s the biggest hit at our annual holiday party!! Every year when we invite them, people ask “are you having that amazing food truck again?” They (and WE) LOVE it! It is the easiest party ever… the GC team is fabulous. They bring absolutely everything you need down to the napkins. All we do is set up our bar. And the food is so delicious! The sandwiches! The fries! The tomato soup! Even options for our vegan guests. Everyone leaves full and happy. Grilly Cheese rocks our holidays!

We booked Grilly Cheese to come to our wedding after party and it was the best decision we ever made! Steven was always available when we had questions throughout the planning process, they were right on time for the event, the food was ready fast and of course delicious! My husband and I hired Grilly Cheese for our wedding reception and it was an absolute blast, hands down! The food truck was the perfect fuel for all the fun. From the moment we arrived at the reception hall, we were greeted by the friendly staff who were already set up, ready to serve, and more than excited to help us celebrate. The food was amazing, and we loved that there was something for everyone. We even had gluten-free grilled cheeses for a few relatives with severe allergies! All of the food was cooked to perfection. We're both just so happy we hired them!! And the staff was just top-notch. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Grilly Cheese to anyone looking for a caterer for their special day. They truly helped make our wedding night unforgettable.

Stay FAR away from this ‘establishment’. The owner has an addiction and ripped my spouse off for $60k as his business partner. The money the owner, Steve, would withdraw went to his substance abuse addiction. Furthermore, we ate their food at a baby shower, unknowingly finding out this is the company hired to cater. The items were lackluster. I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner takes advantage of any and all staff and business partners.

Hired Grilly Cheese food truck for my daughter’s high school graduation party. It was a hit! Tony was very accommodating and great to work with. They were dependable and punctual. Tony agreed substituted hot dogs with all beef and Turkey bacon because we don’t eat pork. They had gluten free bread as well. The kids and adults loved the grilled cheese and hot dogs! Best hot dogs ever, some said!
