Lovely little Lebanese restaurant near Bradley University in Peoria--wish we had known about this place sooner (it's so tiny it is easy to miss driving by). Friendly proprietors (the gentlemen has a fun sense of humor and both he and his wife[?] are nice to chat with), delicious food, and a casual atmosphere. Seems like many folk get quick take-out from them. I ordered the chicken kabob, which was generous in portion and tasty. The pita bread, hummus, and tabbouleh (sp?) were nice. Entrees are reasonably priced as well. Hope to visit them again when we're in Peoria. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Haddad's is teeny-tiny, but the flavors are huge. Best gyros in town! The Lebanon platter is a great way to taste a variety of what they have to offer. The portions are gargantuan, and the Haddad family treats you like you're part of it.
