I decided to take my daughter to this hibachi place that we never been before. We were scheduled for 4pm and we got there at 3:30. There was only two other ppl there but they weren’t having their food cooked infront of them. A worker said at 4pm she would take us to the back to be seated. 4:10 came and she said that the manager was waiting for the server to get to work.Then 4:20pm came and another worker asked if I’ve been helped and I told him what was going on and he said he would speak to a manager. 4:30 came and I told the girl if there’s no one here to serve us we can leave bc are time was 4pm and he should of had someone here. They came back to me about 4:35 and was like we can go ahead and sit you in the back and they did and asked what we wanted to drink and if we wanted soup and salad. Now I felt like they were killing time. The Cook came and it was 4:45 at this time and he cooked are food. He was nice but he used wayyy too much salt. It was extremely salty the chicken. After he left 10 min later were asked if we wanted to go boxes. I felt we needed to hurry up bc they had other ppl coming but we sat for a good time and no one brought us are check so I asked a girl if they could speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he was apologetic and gave us a nice discount. I just can’t come back to this place because service was horrible waiting about hour past scheduled time to be seated, the food was not good, the entertainment of the cook was nothing over the top but maybe they don’t do like the ones at Miyabi do. I was very disappointed I thought we were going to have a new spot to go to. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant atmosphere was quaint. However, the greeter was friendly and she argue That I did t have a reservation until I showed her on my phone. After being seated for 30 mins, two other groups sat down and I was greeted by our server. When I addressed the issue he said Okay with not apology. Food was burnt and was not what I asked for. Server stated manager will Take 30% days off food I did not eat. Needless to say, my first experience was horrible. I would not recommend base on service and management. . The sushi rolls we had and the hibachi was delicious! The only issue was the food took FOREVER to come out- and it wasn’t even busy. The restaurant was not even half full, honestly it was boggling. To the point of getting upset at how long it was taking. Luckily it was so delicious. Wonderful date night for the wife and I. The food was amazing, the chef was amazing, and the ambience was very inviting. You can get dressed up and be formal for this one, you can also dress down casual and take the kids. Awesome experience! The food was absolutely delicious! We did the pick 2 and pick 3 hibachi options and you get to pick different sauces. I recommend the white sauce.
