Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. You will appreciate democratic prices. It's a nice place with the cozy atmosphere. Such a waist of money… if you want to eat pizza better call dominos, because pizza here has nothing in common with real Italian pizza, it tastes like one from supermarket that you put to the microwave. And actually they don’t heat inside so you have to sit there in your jacket and the best option would be to take your blanket with you, even waiter was wearing a vest. Actually it was my second time there and I regret both and I don’t really know why did I give them another chance, but it was the last one. Tragic service. They don't understand anything. They give a completely different order than ordered 😡 With an almost empty place, we waited for a takeaway order for over 30 minutes, where people coming after us received them after 10. The staff walks and talks more, laughs with each other than works. Despite the cool and atmospheric place. I do not recommend this location‼️ Price per person €40–50

The staff could be better. The majority of them have attitudes about others. While ignoring the clients, the staff throws menus. especially the lady wearing shirts with picnic themes. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €50–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Too nice food with a great ambiance. Its a pet friendly spot so during summer you can visit with your furry friend and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful nature !! Its awesome place during sunset as well. Excellent food, quick service and friendly staffs. Great place in affordable price for pizza/ Italian cuisine lovers !!

We are used to the Happy Italy branches being fast, yet delicious, so took no mind to the average rating. But in this case they were right. Upon arrival there was a queue in front of the door and nobody came to tend to the people for over 10 minute while there were about 15 people waiting. Strange because the place is huge and half of the terrace was empty. When ordering and asking about the vegan menu, the waiter literally said he had no idea about what the difference was between 2 pizzas. When I asked him which vegetarian pizza he would recommend, he simply answered he wouldn’t know because he’s a meat-eater himself (???). Shocking that a server doesn’t know the menu and somehow thinks his personal preference inhibits him to recommend a dish. It took us from arrival to getting our food more than an hour, which is definitely not why we came here for. Ironic their slogan is ‘the fast Italian’. Once the vegetarian pizza came, all the toppings were dry and kept falling of the slices. The cheese was not even melted and there was hardly any sauce on it. We normally love Happy Italy, but we’ll be avoiding this place in the future.

On friday we have had telephone contact with you about your experience. We were under the impression that you would come back for a new pizza. Therefore we had prepared a new order for you. This could have been a miscommunication, but we have tried to come to a solution together. Because we take your story very seriously and we are sorry to hear that you are not HAPPY with your order, we have discussed your email and experience with our manager. We would like to tell you that the four cheese pizza never comes with tomato sauce and is always prepared without this. Ofcourse, it is possible to order additional tomato sauce. Also, we would like to explain that we use an wood-fired oven. This gives the best taste and quality to the pizza's. Because we use this traditional oven, the pizza's can be a little bit brown. But after reviewing your photo's, we do not believe the pizza's are burnt. We hope that we have explained the situation with this and of course hope that you will give us a second chance in the future. We wish you a lovely day! Kind regards, Update: This is not true: on the menu there is written tomatoe sauce. Definitely will not come here again! 21 January 2022: tried again. Such disappointing. Also the service is not helpfull. Really sorry but such disgusting food i will not eat (see foto). Never come here again. Never ate such a bad pizza... no taste at all. The only thing which had actually a taste was the rucola, and that also could not save it.

Fresh and cheap ! You get bang for you're buck here. Also has a playing area in and outside and you can walk the dog nicely in the surrounding area. Enough parking spots, but come early, there usually a line to get in or pick up after 17,00.

Excellent food at very decent pricing. There's quite a lot of choice in food and drink. However there are only five dessert options, I believe. You shouldn't expect haute cuisine or anything fancy here, it's not meant to be like that. The food is not very original or overly creative, though in its simplicity, it's delicious. Portion size is a bit larger than most pizza places. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite spacious and has three floors. It's frequently very busy here in the evenings, so making a reservation is advised. One thing I don't really like about this restaurant is that it tends to get noisy there in the evenings. Overall, Happy Italy is a good restaurant for a quick meal.
