If I could give you no stars at I would do it without even thinking about it. I just visited this Hardee’s got two sandwiches but I was trying to figure out what I wanted for second one and I felt I was being rushed. The lady that was on headset then asked me to move to the window. I wanted to make it meal for the second sandwich but she rushed me. Also when I was at the window she had an attitude and then handed me my bag of sandwiches. After I took the bag she then proceeded to slam the window so bad that it reopened half way by its self. I live Hardee’s but I will no longer be back at this location. Also the lady was kinda heavy but she wore a green shirt wasn’t even in uniform. I had never had Hardee's breakfast before this year, but once I tried it I fell in love. The quality of biscuits at this location are amazing. The customer service is also great, they can be understaffed sometimes, but the workers,like Ann, are always so kind and they even remember my order. Highly recommend! Ordered 2 Hot Ham & Swiss sandwiches at drive thru as combo meals. Fries were great - hot and tasty! Sandwiches were COLD -not even hot enough to melt cheese a little bit. It seems like everytime we go to this location, there is some issue with our order.
