I ordered food for delivery. Not only did I get old vegetables and fruit but bad ones too. I am outaged. I could not make it to store because of broken foot. I shoul not expect squish zucchini. Mold inside red pepper. I had to throw on onion and 2 bananas away.
I had them delivered in Saturday. A waste of money.

Love the produce selection here. But the BEST thing about the place is Johnathan in seafood! Ive never met anyone in meat so knowledgable and willing to help customers! He explained what I could expect to find and when truly the best shopping experience Ive had in a long time.

An upscale grocery store. Great selection. Well marked specials and private labels. Bright, inviting atmosphere. Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Rewards program for regular customers.
Especially great options in gluten free frozen foods, cuts of beef, beer, produce, and deli items. Breyers ice cream BOGO free.

I had an issue with my VC card for months. I contacted corporate office, and visited several stores in Charlotte, to no avail.
Because of this issue, I stopped shopping at Harris Teeter.
As fate would have it, I needed to stop and grab some items before I got on the highway, and there was a Harris Teeter on my route to the highway.
I stopped at the service desk, explained my situation, and they solved the problem in less than 2 minutes (the same exact problem that corporate office could not solve for months).
Because of Callie and Mark, I now shop happily at Harris Teeter again.

Nice clean store been a Harris Teeter shopper all my life. Moving throughout the store today I encountered at least four employees who smiled and said hello But I’ve never encountered a checkout cashier as I did today. Very unfriendly not interested in her job at all she was muck more interested in her telephone. Try not to go in the checkout line for Jayla if you are expecting the Harris Teeter friendly checkout.

Harris Teeter Grocery Store is the best Grocery Store in Greensboro, NC, I shop there and use my VIC card and today I received a 5% discount at checkout at Harris Teeter Grocery Store in Greensboro, NC.

Whole tenderloins were on sale today. I went in and met GUY at the meat counter. He helped me select one of the tenderloins and cut it up for me. I asked him to pick one out he'd take home and cut it like he liked it. When I went to pick it up, it was packaged as if it were a work of art: beautiful! Good job GUY!
I cooked two tonight and they were excellent, really good and better than I have purchased elsewhere in the past. So, where do you think I will go next time? And who do you think I will get to help me? GUY at Garden Creek Center. Well done, HT and well done GUY. Thank you very much.
Also a big shout out to my deli friend MARY: super server as well!

Harris Teeter is one of my favorite grocers. They have what you need, some things you may have never heard of, and service with a smile! This location is not organized like my regular store so I was turned around a bit. But staff was there filling shelves and still helping me find the right aisles

I have been getting my prescriptions from this Harris Teeter for over ten years. Today i called my prescription in at 10:18 this morning. I stopped by about 4:45 to check if it was ready(I never received a text). One customer was in front of me. She was there for over 15 minutes and left with no prescription. when it was my turn I was told it would be 20 more minutes because they were so busy. I left as a not so happy customer. I didn't recognize the two people working their (new?). At 6:20 I received a text to pick up my prescription. Not sure what happened to 20 more minutes. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
