While passing though to go see the Christmas Ranch I stopped to get dinner with my family. I ordered a number 8 (3 piece white) and a number 10 (7 tender combo) and it wasn’t until I reached the ranch about 30 minutes later and I had a chance to look at my food did I notice I was given a number 7 and number 8 so I just decided to go back by on my way back home and get it redone seeing as I don’t eat bone chicken the first employee I had interaction with was amazing. He immediately took back the wrong food and started making my correct order when he informed the manager (who was the main Packer and had a headset on to also hear orders) the manager came to me and told me I made a mistake while ordering and that I ordered the wrong thing and he heard me order it not long ago and told the employee he needed me needed to charge me for the extra five dollars. I told him I had my receipt in the car and I was more than willing to go get it to show him. I did order the seven tenders. I did order the correct thing I was just given the wrong thing he proceeded to try to tell me what I ordered and tell me what my price difference would be and I told him to ring it up so I could see what the price was for what I ordered and what he thought I ordered. I personally have worked in fast food enough to understand the customer isn’t always right and mistakes happen while ordering but I also understand there’s no need to argue with a customer when they’re telling you what they ordered and what they got is not the same especially one who’s coming in with no attitude or isn’t being rude.
