Made reservations for all you can eat crab legs. 6pm we order. Crab comes at 640. Order second plate at 7. 815 we left without receiving a second round of food. Terrible service

We went for the lent special... all you can eat crab legs. The added seating, small cold crab legs, cold butter, bad service, and wait times were all beyond horrible!! The only redeeming thing, they gave us 50% off the bill.

Glad I ordered breaded shrimp dinner instead of all you can eat crab legs. Long wait for everyone to get one order and drinks. Left after much frustration. 50% taken off meal by management so that helped. 2/16

Went there for the first time last night to see a band. Stood at the bar for over 20 mins being completely ignored by all 3 bartenders who served people who just came in after my sister and I have been standing there. One bartender looked at me and I said could you take our order? He said in a min with terrible attitude finally got fed up and left. Terrible.

Love it when the local bands like World Zen'd play there! The quesidillas were awesome, their sound system is really good, theres lots of tables, easy parking! Love this place!

It's as bad as it sounds. Literally without exaggeration, 30 minutes at a table with no drinks. The server can't even carry a tray of drinks for christ sake. He was carrying entire tables drinks 2 at a time with his bare hands on the rims of the cups. They spend 5 minutes at their ordering kiosk for each and every order they take. Place is disfunction plain and simple. Appears they only have 3 people working front of house and it was only half full. I am stuck here for a elvis show so before it starts I'm across the parking lot at 5 guys getting food before the show starts. They will not get a single dollar from me tonight, not for food or drink. Ended up taking 45 minutes do get beers on the table...they didn't put ice in their beer buckets....

Okay so they serve you crab legs that are stuck to the shelves that you could barely eat cuz they were stuck to the had one basket they were and they will not give you a discount if you only eat you're still getting charged. I will not come back to this place they suck

We sat at the bar. It took over 20 minutes to get the bartender to get us a drink and only after he waited on people that just sat down. Food is overpriced and you don't get a lot. Drinks are between normal and overpriced. Not very big either, over abundance of ice too. Sorry to say, although the music venue was good, we will not be returning.

This was one of the best places I've ever found to hold a fundraising event. The wide open environment, large bar area and open dance floor area gave us ample room for raffle baskets, merchandise sales and info tables (tables were even provided by the venue!). Plus it allowed guests to mingle rather than just sit at their tables. The microphone carried throughout the place for announcements and drawings. Everyone commented how great the food was and the staff was wonderful. We had 150 people with room to spare. Great job to Mike and the team - highly recommend!

Great atmosphere. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beer was cold food was warm. There was a wide variety of food on the menu. I was not a fan of the kettle chips (must have used old grease when cooking or stayed in too long). The burgers we got were delicious and cooked correctly. The sweet potato tater tots were delicious. Would definitely love to come back and try more of the menu
