Hattie Jo's has become a favorite go-to for coffee and breakfast. The staff always make my day with their smiles and courtesy. I love getting my low-carb breakfast of bacon, egg, and cheese with avocado. The coffee drinks and smoothies are consistently delicious. It's a good meeting place for business and pleasure. We drove 20 minutes out of our way just to stop for coffee and breakfast. It was 100% worth the extra time added to our 14 hour drive. My latte was made perfectly and the food was even better! I have been searching far and wide for the best baked goods within my area and out of all the bakeries and coffee shops from Hutch, Lindsborg, Salina, to Ellsworth Hattie Jo’s is the #1 winner. No one comes close to their baked goods. I usually get the lemon poppy seed muffin and just from that…wow. Absolutely wow. I usually get a simple cappuccino or a latte and *chefs kiss* it’s always smooth and perfect, I don’t need sugar! Today I got a chai pie, and yes it’s home made! Pumpkin Chai Latte? Yeah…they executed this flavor perfectly and the fact that it’s home made makes this drink more enjoyable. Thank you guys for your excellent service and delicious goods 🫡 So don’t think about stopping by just do it and check out any of their baked goods because they will not disappoint!
