Absolutely phenomenal service. Food. Care. Concerns. My husband is gluten intolerant and they asked their staff to change gloves before they prepared our order. Elliot was our server and she was so amazing to go above and beyond to assure us that they take gluten intolerance very seriously. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We tried allot of different things and everything was great. Our favorite was the Luau pork was by far the best!! Thank you, we wish you had a location in Nebraska especially Lincoln or Grand Island!! I recently found out I am gluten intolerant and I have been struggling to find good places that gluten free isn't an after thought. Our server Eliot was amazing and informative of their gluten free options (which is pretty much everything except the macaroni and crunchy toppings on the salad) she even went above my expectations and had the cooks switch gloves and make sure there was no cross contamination. And the food is Amazing!! I would highly recommend the luau pork but everything was really good. It was amazing to be able to eat at a restaurant and have teriyaki and soy sauce that is gluten free. I'm so happy we have this. So close to the house and good food with great service. I really like the Honolulu but had the molokai last night. Since the day they have opened to now, the quality has stayed the same. Such ease access to it just get off I-70 and it's right quick trip so if your traveling and don't want gas station food this is a great alternative. Not that quick trip food is bad, just you want something different ever now and then. So you can grab and go thru the drive thru. Andys Frozen custard is across the street, so that is also handy, but you should try the ice cream at Hawaiian bros. Every single time I come to this location, there's issues it seems, today I went around 1230pm and both orders of food tasted burnt, I just can't justify spending nearly $50 on 2 meals and it not be good and fresh. The food was delicious. The staff (Brittany) was friendly and helpful. We have been to a few of the different locations and the decor is so fun. Today we had a group of 5 and split a classic plate and a large mixed plate. The variety was perfect and we all got enough to eat! This place was so cute! The atmosphere was so fun! They paid attention to all the details with pineapples! We loved it! My husband is from Maui so I’m a little partial to Hawaiian food and was a little worried because it seemed not necessarily authentic but man was it good! I actually don’t love Mac salad and it was so good. Their serving sizes were very generous on the rice and Mac and could’ve been a little better on the meat. Food was great and came out quickly. Our cashier Kai was amazing, super friendly and helpful. She offered to carry our food to our table and returned a few minutes later to make sure everything was perfect for us. :) Having a friendly face vs a touch screen was perfect. I loved how they designed the place, it felt so comfy being in the restaurant! My main concerned was the self-ordering station. Unfortunately during my visit 2 out of 3 of the self ordering tablets were out of order so that limited the pace. The annoying part were the unclear instructions when it came to the sides. We didn’t know if we had to add in the sides to our meal, so we had to fiddle around with it. The whole “rice all sub Mac” and other options made the whole process really confusing. We heard that they implemented a new system with ordering. Either way we had to “guess” and hoped that it came out okay. Which it kind of didn’t~ Basically- DONT CLICK ANY SUBS, your order will automatically have those sides that you see in the picture without clicking anything extra. Also the 3 fires for SPICY was actually just mild. I can’t handle spicy and it was surprisingly not spicy which was in my favor but not to my friend. Anyways, the food was overall good, but the rice was~ meh… soggy and more mushy than how I like it.
