Ordered a vegetarian farmers omelet. Got a regular one instead. After letting the waitress know, I got a non vegetarian one. Because we were hungry I ate it and left out the meat. After complaining again to the waitress, she just went away. When asking for the bill, there was not even the slightest apology or remark on the event. I said I wouldn't pay for the omelet because of what happened and then she started to explain why it went wrong according to her, instead of just making apologies and trying to find a solution. After that, the floormanager(?) arrived and we settled it in a nice manner. Then, after suggesting it might be handled a bit more guest-friendly to the same waitress that arrived to handle the payment, she just started arguing again. On the food-side, it was not bad but not very inspiring. The place itself has very nice atmosphere and beautiful location. Update: tonight I got a telephone call on my private cellphone (I guess they took the number from the guest registration, which purpose is - only - covid matters) by a man trying to explain their side of the story, without even asking if the call was at a convenient time, asking if we could settle it in some way so I would adjust my review. I found this unprofessional and declined. But I felt I needed to edit my review with this event. It illustrates the point of lack of interest in the guest again. Update 2: I got the reply you see below. I sent an email to the given address the next day, where I offered to explain myself more, and in private, if necessary, but have not received any response yet.

Very classy restaurant, the kind you dress up for, but still comfortable and relaxed. The staff were amazing, and spoke great English. Nothing on the menu will disappoint, everything tasted incredible, and the desert was on another level. And a great selection of drinks.
