Service is horrible, it took forever to get the order placed then the waiter was walking away before we even finished ordering, dropped off our food snd never came back! We had to ask someone else for our check because waiter was no where to be seen, drinks were empty long before leaving! Food is basic could use some fresh basil on the Bruschetta. My oofla taco was bad. The shell could not be cut or bit into. The beef tasted strange. Server took it off our bill. Nachos were huge. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had our team outing there today with 8 people. We opted out of the pizza buffet, as it appeared as it had been sitting for quite some time. Our server was a bit surly and did not appear to be happy to be there. He was impressive as he got all of our orders correct with changes for 8 people without taking any notes. We were also waited on by a young lady. She was dressed in sweatpants and T-shirt. It was a bit sloppy for a server. I was disappointed when we received our tab. I feel that most people with that large of group would not pay in cash. However, they have an uncharge for paying with credit card. I feel in this day and age most people pay with some sort of electronic payment. I understand, as a business owner, there is a charge for using it but that is a cost of doing business and they seem to have already reflected that in their prices. Inconsistent food quality (today there was raw crust on their pizza buffet)- which I had enjoyed in the past, but given the excuse “that is the kind of crust they have”. Staff was inexperienced, salad was wilted and no hand sanitizer available (a must at the buffet). Very lacking. The man who either manages or owns the bar was rude, but at least I did not have to buy my 5 bites of old salad or 3 bites of raw pizza. When it is good, the pizza was my favorite in town. I will never go back will continue to tell people, avoid to avoid food born illness (undercooked food). If you are a woman, they treat you like you are dumb and don’t know what you are talking about.
