I recently visited Hercules Cafe and had the pleasure of trying their delectable strawberry crepe. Let me just say, it was absolutely delightful! The crepe itself was perfectly thin and fluffy, providing a wonderful base for the generous portion of fresh strawberries tucked inside. The combination of sweet and tangy flavors was simply divine. The presentation was impeccable, and the friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable. If you're a crepe lover like me, I highly recommend giving Hercules Cafe a visit. It was really neat to see the gelato made right in front of us. They also make a fresh batch every 30 min’s or so. Very friendly service, would highly recommend.

I recently tried Hercules Cafe’s my own choice smoothie, and oh boy, it was a taste explosion! The blend of ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, plump blueberries, creamy almond milk, and sweet mango was like a party in my mouth. It’s the kind of drink that instantly brightens your day and leaves you craving more. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on a colorful and delicious experience!” 🍌🍓🫐🥭🌈

Ok, first things first this cafe is woman owned which is huge for many reasons! Secondly, some of the best waffles I’ve ever had! The fruit is fresh, the attention to detail is incredible and the vibes are really chill. There’s free wifi & friendly staff. I recommend the mango slush or the strawberry banana crepe or waffle! It’s all fresh and I love to hang out here and do work. The taro milk tea with boba is my personal fave. 10/10 recommend a visit here (: Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was delighted to have come across this cafe while walking to Jones Street. The cafes atmosphere was very chill, there were many seats available and the employees there couldn’t have been nicer to me. Loved that we could enjoy our favourite foods without the guilt. The bubble tea and waffles focus on real fruit and quality ingredients that are not overwhelmed by sugary sweetness. It’s such a great alternative to all the sickly sweet offerings you might find elsewhere. Owner is passionate about what she does, and puts so much effort into serving her customers. Been travelling around the USA and a small group of us ate here after dinner for dessert and it was amazing! The server was absolutely lovely and the food was fantastic!!!!
