Bravo! After moving to Calvert from a bustling county near D.C. with so many chefs to visit and a roster of restaurants and cuisine to choose from, I missed the city so much. But boy was I in for a treat with Heritage 485! Every was tasty and well thought out by the chef. The service staff were so kind and attentive. I am lucky to have dined at Michelin star restaurants all over the country as part of the perks of my career so the end result is you are picky and develop a pallet when you dine out. This chef and the restaurant is a hidden gem! Bravo Bravo! Everything we ordered was amazing without being too pretentiou- just a mix of great plating, excellent service, and the little things that make you want to come back asap.
