We got there as soon as they closed, the 2 ladies inside were so kind they made a drink for us anyway ;) the snickers frappe is sooo good for some reason it tastes like cordial cherries to me lol Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the best coffee shop in Cleveland hands down! I go every morning for my Lotus but stay for the warm and caring atmosphere. I'd even go as far to say they're better than Starbucks and less damaging to your wallet lol Highly recommend the Blackberry Peach Lotus with full Lemonade, it is delicious! Love this place!!! Its just so peaceful and clean walking in. And the coffees are made from the grain, I love the flavors!!! I walked in and I knew my day was going to be ok. Thank you, such a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. You have to try the pumpkin late, not too sweet, just perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there for story time with Ms.Wendy from Austin Memorial Library and it went great! Such a huge turn out and they had crayons and coloring sheets on the tables, a kids play kitchen, and a kids menu (coffee free items and you can customize any drink it to your liking). I got a large (20oz) iced caramel macchiato and two small (12 oz) hot chocolates and it came out to $13. The only thing that was an issue was that they didn't have a diaper changing table in the restroom but other than that, great experience and we will be back.
