I didn’t get my wings I sit at that bar for 30 mins they forgot me and all I had was a drink and I’m so pissed I sit here for nothing and they forget to put in my order and the waitress is on her phone in the kitchen waste of my 22$ Uber money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The wings are usually great at Hooters; that's what's kept me coming back for decades. However, I've visited the Cedar Hill location for the last time. I won't be back. The staff are rude or inattentive if you are not a "regular". The times I've been, the waitresses just sit around and chit chat with certain customers instead of minding their tables and I have to flag someone down just to get a water refill. My food was also served cold many times. I sent it back and it still came back cold. I've made all of these issues known to management in the past and based on my visit this week, nothing has changed. They've received the last of my hard-earned money. 2 stars is for the food. I must say I was very disappointed. My son and I visited this establishment for the first time for lunch. I can understand now why they weren't crowd. The service is HORRIBLE. I was told you dont have to wait to be seated we could seat anywhere. Being my first visit to this location.and awhile to any Hooter establishement. I was unaware they no longer had menu. You have to download it. The waiter took our order but didnt get it right Hooters could have made more money but she left off our 2nd Fried Shrimp platter. She walked away so quickly and never came back to correct her error. The food was good but we needed necessaries to go along with our food. But she was quick with the receipt. And cleaning up the table before we're even finished. Where do they do this at? I'm know now here. I passed years Hooters service has been very good. Still left a tip not that it was deserving.! Ordered food onion rings were cold but didn’t say nothing cause the wait was already long! Ordered chips and queso thru didn’t get there until we got our main course! Took sliders with cheese for my daughter home and this what I come home too!! I tried calling multiple with no answer and when they finally answered they hung up!!
