This place has taken a definite nosedive recently with wait staff ignoring everyone (7 waiters were standing, staring off into space at one point, we were trying to cash out at the bar). The kitchen is overcooking the burgers to beyond well-done. They're walking distance from my place and I really want to like them but when the prices go up dramatically and service and quality go down it's a no-go. I ordered to go food and there was a mistake. I had to drive all the way back over there. The manager was super nice. Handled the situation did the best that he could and I felt all was right in the world. His manager called me the next day to confirm that everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service!! Food was really super good. However, I don't really support businesses that don't accept cash. I don't like that. I feel it marginalizes people even though I placed an online order using a card, and I usually use a card. I just don't like that. Otherwise I would give them the max stars.
