Customer service is very poor, went around 2 to get an order of teas, the girl was very rude and rushed during our order and got frustrated and had an attitude when we had a bigger order. They asked us to pull forward and when the girl brought out the drinks they were very rude and stated they have an app we can use so it’ll be ready when we’re there next time. We’re aware almost every store has an app to order now, we chose the drive-thru for our convenience not theirs.

Every time I ask for easy ice they end up putting more ice, it’s not complicated to follow a customers request. Will not be coming here anymore.

Do not recommend stopping at this establishment specifically. They do not apparently understand english very well and they don't have anything available on their own menu good luck

Always give great and speedy service. Staff is always very kind! I only wish you received more points for your purchase on the app or that the rewards didn’t cost so many points. Over $3 for 7 points and it cost 50 points to get a drink half off..doesn’t quite make sense to me.

Where to start! I love this place! You can ask anyone there! I'm there everyday! I love the tea! But the reason why I go is because the employee!!! They are the sweetest girl's and guy's there! They are so sweet! Always smiling! It's like they know you for ever! They go the extra mile just for you! I just want to tell them that I truly appreciate them! I'm the one that always ask for a HUGE SWEET COCONUT 🥥! I LOVE YOU ALL! DUMAS HTEAO HAS THE BEST TEAM!!!!
