Pretty bare bones eating establishment. But considering the offering the focus is on the available food ingredients. Unless you understand the concept you can be easily overwhelmed to navigate the process. Overall the selection of meats and veggies are good. The secret of course is picking the right oils or sauce. This place has been a favorite of mine for years! The service is always excellent, they did change recently where you pay up front and the rest is self serve. You can refill your own drinks at the fountain and even get your own rice! Honestly the best all you can eat in Logan I've had. I really enjoyed getting to make the food that was then cooked right in front of me! They had so many choices for proteins. Chicken, steak, shrimp, and tilapia. As well as vegetarian options like tofu and various beans. They had a choice of 3 kinds of noodles and many vegetables. There is a sauce section with over 10 different kinds of sauces you can add to your dish. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. 10/10 would recommend! Had full assortment of ingredients and sauces - more than I'm used to. The one who actually cooked kept 5 meals on grill at a time and handed correct plates even when someone switched places. Food was good, but service was not. You walk in and pay before you are seated. Tip is requested at that time. Then you are given a little card and you find your own seat. You have to get your own drinks, rice, etc. had to wonder around to find a fork and then again to find a napkin (they are not by each other). Not once did we have anyone check on us. I feel like they should tell you this before you leave a tip. 20% of the meal to have your table bused.

Since when is it that a restaurant will ask you to not only pay for your service beforehand, but tip as well? The only service we received was when we got our own drinks, when we got our own rice, our own silverware, our own napkins and when when we made our bowls. The only employees that deserve a tip are the cooks. There was no wait staff to ask how things were, to refill drinks or anything! We will definitely not be back any time soon. If we do return.....we will pay for the food and leave zero tip for the non-existent wait staff. We will bring cash to give to the cooks specifically. We loved the HuHot Grill! It is an all-you-can-eat style where you choose your meats, veggies and sauces, then they cook it on an open grill in the dining area. The food choices are great and the service was even better. We also loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be back! If you like Mongolian style, creating your own combinations and watching your dish being cooked this is the place for you. It’s buffet style and you can go up as many times as you like. Very clean and fun atmosphere. Service was amazing and kept the drinks topped off. Highly recommend. They also accommodate people with food allergies which is a plus. The HuHot was pretty okay. I guess I can't blame them for being busy on a Friday night. The line was poorly arranged so that we have our bowls made people kept cutting in front of us in line after they hit the sauce table. It took us quite a while to get our food on to the table to cook. Other than that place was clean and comfortable.
