Elizabeth at the MIA Pizza was AMAZING!!! Honestly great customer service she was very attentive and walked us through the different options and was very cheerful in general!! Honestly love when I encounter people like her. It brings a genuine smile to my face.

Please reopen the self checkout lanes meant for carts. You normally only have open at most 2 employee staffed checkout lanes meant for carts. The self checkout lanes you have open I feel are meant for baskets only and even so, are very difficult to bag groceries because there no space. When hy-vee entered the grocery market in Minnesota i was super excited because it gave an another option but over the past couple of years Id rather go back to shopping at Cub. Never thought I’d say I miss Rainbow. Please do better for your customers.

It was a wonderful experience. Much more pleasant, organized, very easy and clean set-up than the Hy-Vee where I live. A complete turn around. It was great, I will definitely stop for few quick items the next time I'm passing threw Lakeville.

Well organized! Very clean and friendly staff They are always happy to help! I do like their meat service department. They can handle all your needs and at great prices. Especially during the 3 day meat sales!

I will ONLY shop here for last minute necessities going forward. Tried to buy lunch meat, no greeting, ask for a pound of a specific meat , however I wanted a fresh cut as what was put was all flaky pieces. After an eye roll , I was told she didn’t think there was any more in the back to cut . I asked if she would mind checking, here comes the 2nd eye roll . Walked out spending $5 versus my normal $100. Hyvee used to pride themselves on customer service. Things have certainly changed the last few years . Too many options to put up with rude kids and no customer service!!!

I will continue to shop here for necessary last minute items ONLY simply because it’s so close to me. Went to get Hibachi last night and not only did everything out not have utensils for it (same tongs for raw chicken and veggies?) but when I asked for the noodles to be refilled, this man came and dumped the bag out and moved the noodles around with his BARE HANDS WITH A BAND-AID🤢 (it was not the chef- he was very nice and efficient at his job).. safe to say I won’t be eating any of their ‘restaurant’ to-go options from here on out which is a shame but convenience doesn’t outweigh sanitation in my opinion.

The bakery items are mostly good quality. Very expensive, though. Other than convenience and just the fact that you don't have to go to Walmart, I can't imagine why someone would shop here. It is a nice store, nonetheless.

I've been a loyal Hy-Vee customer since they opened this location. We've used a number of their services including grocery delivery and pick up, holiday meal ordering, deli tray and cake ordering, and eaten from their a la carte restaurants. Their meat counter never disappoints, as well. All have been delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Being a Perks member is also a huge benefit to getting the most out of this store. The only thing that irks me is having to navigate around the restocking palates in the middle of the aisles when I'm in store.

Went along for the visit as my sister was buying cat food, very busy, a lot of registers open. Very big store with seemingly a little of almost everything a person could need. Prices are a bit higher than I pay at other stores but most items seemed to be of a better name than Cub. I've been told the deli and bakery and other store kiosks etc. are very good quality

We have never gone to Hy-vee. We decided to buy Chinese food from the deli. It was horrible. No flavor, rice was dry and no flavor and chicken broccoli was also horrible. Spent $40 dollars on horrible food. We took 3 bites and didn't eat the rest. The only thing we liked were the egg rolls but we were left with a nasty taste of their food. I almost went back and asked to speak to a manager bit why waste my time. I'm. Just not ever going back there again. At least not for their horrible food.
