Very clean, well-managed. Person working was very nice, but overloaded with work. Clearly doing their best, but it appeared they were the only person doing everything. Ice cream great, per usual, but cannot speak on the beverages. Little merch shop inside is very cute!

I was in the area today after Futsal game. My kid wanted ice cream and this place came up. The place is well organized, ice cream was good for my son. I asked for a L tropical smoothie as the menu shows real fruit. What I got seemed like pineapple syrup with crushed ice. For $20 spent, I rather go to Culver's next time.

I'm a little surprised this store has so many good reviews. Maybe the other menu items are good? The boba drinks were not good at all, although I suppose I should've realized it when I had to pick a syrup flavor for my drink. The ice cream was overly sweet for my tastes, but I suppose that might just be me being picky. At the very least, I recommend you stay away from the boba drinks!

Enjoyed our visit, however we drove out from across town thinking there was a play area for our toddler. It sounds like that hasn't been there since Covid, so that was a disappointment. Coffee was good, ice cream selection was great! But you are heading there because of the play area, it is no longer there!

I have been to Icki Sticki before and I really enjoyed it. I was excited to come again today as this was my first time at their new location. I understand that it can be tough working at a food service business with just two people working as when it gets busy it feels really busy. However, the customer service was awful. My waffle was made incorrectly and I kindly asked if it could be remade as it had the wrong topping. I normally don’t do that at all but I did and they just added the topping onto the incorrectly made waffle. The worker stated that she knew the waffle was made incorrectly and then instead of fixing it just added the topping on. So I had to ask for it to be remade again. It was made to feel like a huge inconvenience when I didn’t come at a busy time whatsoever and I was very kind and kept saying thank you to the worker. So, it shouldn’t have been made into a big deal and should’ve been done correctly the first time. I was still kind about it but the horrible customer service and the laziness of it all made it a not fun experience. Hopefully things improve there as it appears that this is a common issue.

Waited inside about 15 mins. in the store to place an order, a lady employee did say hello to me when I came in and said I will be right with you. Another employee girl eventually came up to the counter and instead of asking who is waiting first to order, the employee girl ended up taking the order of a lady that came after me. Was frustrating but I unfortunately had to leave anyway since I had a timely event. 15 mins. was too long for me that day. Thinking they might need more staff on weekends.

I received a hot peppermint mocha with regular milk, who knows what the syrups are?
I like this place, but maybe just repeat the order back to me so it’s correct the next time thanks!
Staff served the person who cut in line, the drive through car who came after I started waiting, and all the complicated drinks ordered at the same time as I lined up, prior to serving the single scoop of ice cream for my 3 year old daughter that took 15 seconds to make.
Waited for nearly 20 minutes.
Would have literally been faster to drive to fitchburg, to go to chocolate shoppe, and then drive back.
Need staff to prioritize items differently, or the restaurant to specialize staff more in one specific area, rather than try to do everything.
