The nice staff welcomes guests all year round. The professional service is a great plus of this place. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are low. We visited the Idaho Pizza off Garrity Blvd. The food at Idaho Pizza is fantastic! We LOVE the pizza, salad bar, sandwiches, and sweet treats! Our recent visit was a bit frustrating, however, to begin with we were charged for an extra meal. We were able to get the charge reversed, but we spent a lot of extra time in line getting this corrected. Then, as I was about to leave the salad bar I asked one of the servers if I could have a cup for some extra dressing. He said, yes, but I'd have to pay .80¢ for the cup. I said that I've already paid for my meal and I'm nearly done at the salad bar, would he mind giving me the cup so that I can finish up and then I'd pay for the extra dressing but again, he said, sorry, you'll have to go back in line, pay, then come get the dressing. By this time, I have been in line 3 times: once to pay for the meal (make sure to ask for an itemized receipt), the second time, to wait for the Assistant Manager to correct the overcharge, now, a third time to wait to pay for an .80¢ cup!!!!! I asked the Assistant Manager why they don't have a sign or a notification on their menu about the upcharge on the dressing so that customers aren't being referred back to the register after paying. She said, well it's a new policy so that's why we don't have anything up. Idaho Pizza: I don't mind paying extra for great food, we enjoy your restaurant, but the way we were treated by your crew this last visit was frustrating. Please notify your customers that prices have changed at the time of charge otherwise give the customer at the salad bar a cup! Don't make YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS get back in line because YOU failed to mention that you're now charging for an item that was previously included in the price of the salad bar. For Goodness Sakes!!!!! I think it's really weird that you have to go to the cashier to get fresh plates and utensils at a buffet! You know they're not washing hands between handling money and plates. I saw lots of people re-use dirty plates rather than wait in line to get fresh ones. We had to go back for new forks a couple times (toddler problems ha) and the dirty stuff continued to stack up at our table with no one pre-bussing and no bins to put them ourselves. I also thought the salad bar items tasted stale. The regular pizza was pretty good!!! But the dessert pizza was raw dough in places. We will give it another chance because I love a good pizza buffet but I hope they work on quality control and customer experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

UPDATE: Since my last review I have been in a few times. Staff has definitely stepped up their game. The pizzas look good, Taste good and there's plenty of it. Even when they had a big long line today they were being eaten as fast as they brought them out but they were bringing them out like clockwork. it was awesome great job. We got her at about 130pm with a party of six. When we paid (over $60)they informed us that the Buffet went until 2pm we are regulars so we knew that already. What surprised me is this is how much pizza they had out and they only brought one out after this. The dining room was approximately 75% full. They stopped bringing pizzas out at about 145pm. When I asked them if they were gonna bring out any more pizzas, they said "no this is all we're gonna put out" if I was the franchise owner of this restaurant I would be very irritated with the customer service, or rather the lack there of. And there soda machines were also lacking and had two different sodas that were out of order. Clearly, there is some management issues with this location. Im not normally one to complain but this was a disturbing experience and has left an uncomfortable feeling for me. The food is always good at Idaho Pizza on ID Center blvd. No complaints there. The staff is very helpful. However, the two pizzas we ordered took quite awhile to come out. Probably too many to-go orders in front of us. They do alot of business out the door there. Had some "hangry" people though. 😒 I wish there was a way to cut down on the noise in the big dining area as well. It's a very live room and doesn't take too much to be exceptionally loud. I usually really enjoy this place but today some of the waitstaff was pushy making us sit by a loud party of 10. The pizza would have been great accept it barely had any sausage on it and the mushrooms should have been thrown away, same on the salad bar. The beer was warm and so were the glasses so overall not the best I’ve had from Idaho pizza. The best part is always being out with my husband so I can be thankful of that. Happy New Year all! Excellent pizza. Great salads. Thier Ranch taste great. Service is great but sometimes slow due to the volume of orders, especially between 5-7pm and more so on Friday and Saturday evening. Pretty disappointed in the quality of our pizzas for pick up. They usually show you the pizzas for pick up prior to giving them to you, but that didn’t happen this time and I didn’t think much of it at the time. They didn’t put on half of the toppings on our medium pizza and the personal cheese pizza looked as if it was made by a 4 yr/o. If I wanted an overpriced poorly prepared pizza I’d go to Pizza Hut or somewhere else. Idaho pizza is usually on point but this time, far from it. Do better.

Ordered a half and half pizza . It was great! Pizza was made in a timely fashion. They accidentally put olives on both sides of pizza but were will and did remake another pizza for us. That's amazing service. Thank you for a great dinner IPC will always eat here again! Two thumbs up from our family! I'm gonna give this particular location 5 stars because my family has been going here since they opened. Through the opening after covid and at least 1-2 times per month. The salad bar is fantastic. ADD the little cubes of ham they have to add salty and flavor that makes it fantastic. Pizzas are good, we always get the combo or the BBQ chicken. One of my daughter's loves the wings, another one loves the cheesy twists. Recently I have noticed it is not as clean and I am hoping that resolves. Lot's of teenagers working of course (but please revisit hand washing). My most recent visit was iffy. The front cashier was handling money and then filling ranch cups (fingers in the cups) and a few other things where I didn't see hand washing. Super concerning and hoping that they fix that issue before someone gets ill. why 5 stars, because other than that all my visits have been good at this location for years. I'm guessing it was an off day.
