It's time to relax and order perfectly cooked omelettes, chicken and turkey. Most reviewers suppose that you can try tasty strawberry pancakes, strawberry crepes and waffles here. Good tea will make your meal better and you'll surely come back. This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Fair prices at IHOP are good news for its customers. The atmosphere of this place is spectacular. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I stopped here after arriving at the airport and the place is dirty from the glass to the walls. I waited 20 minutes to be seated and 30 minutes for my food that was cooked as I requested. The workers lack energy and acted like they were being forced to work here based on their demeanor. I didn’t want to pay attention to the previous reviews and give it a chance but this place is horrible and needs an overhaul from staff, to appearance and atmosphere. Literally one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had. We waited AN HOUR for the waiter to come and take our order and that was only after I got up and looked around for someone. The restaurant is empty except for 2 other tables. Waited another hour for our food that was less than desirable. I love to tip big because I’ve worked in the food industry but they literally deserve $0. The waiter NEVER came to check on us. Our cups were dirty already! Someone else skipped out on their bill because they had been waiting 40 minutes for someone to come take their money and they never came so they left. If I could give 0 stars I would. Genuinely the worst- don’t come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can't speak on the food - because after waiting 40 minutes for food we left. They seemed to be fully staffed as we could hear them having a good time in the back. They never refilled our drinks - were apparently out of waffles. There were only 3 tables, and the table next to us had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get the bacon they forgot. 10/10 would not recommend. Wow, there's nothing good to say about the steelyard IHOP, me and my son order food and the service, and the food was absolutely horrendous, I ordered egg Benedict with sausage,ham and hash browns. My son ordered an omelet with pancakes. First off it took them 30 min to bring us our food, it was only 5 table In the whole building. When they finally gave us our food, I noticed my utensils were filthy. omg, my son utensils were filthy. The server had to give us plastic forks because all their silverware were all dirty. We beginning to eat our food until I noticed my egg Benedict was way over cooked, the yoke was so hard and the Benedict sauce was so dry like it was sitting under the heat for over 5 min, my son had hair in his pancakes also! We told the server and she told us she will have them to remake the food.........Another 30 min later we are waiting for our recooked food...we still waiting so I just told the server it's OK we waited over 30 minutes for our food then another 30 minutes for our recooked food I don't even want it just give me the bill for my son......we waited 10 minutes for her to give me a bill so I can pay my son food.....no bill came at the table so me and my son left.....if anyone want to go to IHOP please don't go to the one in the steelyard, go to the one in brookpark. Wow, I'm never going back to the steelyard again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waitress we had was terrible. Almost a 45 min wait to get our food. Handful of customers inside the restaurant, so I don't understand the long wait time. Never got a refill on my drink. Asked for ranch for my daughter's chicken strips, and it's like she forgot I asked. Her food was getting cold, so I got up and asked another waitress for the sauce. Again, never got checked on, so I got up again and found another waitress, told them I hadn't seen our server, and wanted me a Togo box and check. I am a very nice tipper, especially when the service is what it should be. Although i didnt want to, I still left her a $5 tip, even when she definitely didn't deserve it.
