My husband and I had went here for lunch and this wonderful young lady by the name of Emily had such amazing hospitality skills. She’s new there but the way how she conducts herself, would make you believe otherwise. She was very attentive and polite. Whenever we go back to this ihop we will be asking for her to be our server. I usually have a good experience. But this last time I ordered in the app, and I got delayed a little, and they had my stuff sitting on a shelf. I never did push. I was on the way. And I thought they would make it when you push the otw button so your food would be hot and fresh. Anyway, there was no one at the front desk when I came. I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Even though I saw a few waitresses that could have got the hostess or asked if I needed something. (Not sure who the manager is at this establishment but they need to understand you work as a unit.) Anyway I told the hostess the situation she looked at me like ughhh I'll see if they will remake it for u. She was gone like another 10 minutes before she came out and said they gonna remake it for you. And I asked if you could remake the drinks as they were sitting as well. She takes it to the back and comes back a few minutes later. I have no doubt she did not remake my drinks 😒 nor did the staff remake my food. As there was a trash can right by the kitchen that they did not utilize with the food she took back. Also, I think they just warmed up the Pancakes and put them back in the same box because how come they were warm, but my sausage and bacon were not. Nor was my husband's omelet. They could have kept the lies. They weren't even busy. Also, they forgot my sour cream and avocado for my omelet, which I paid extra for. Also, while I was waiting, two ladies came in waited awhile, and they were told it was gonna be a wait because she didn't wanna seat them in another section. She went back and asked. I assume came up to the front, and she finally seated them. I could tell they were upset because why the long wait for her to even show up first of all. Where she keeps going to.
