Enjoy nicely cooked hash browns, philly cheesesteaks and bacon that are served at this restaurant. You will like its food, especially tasty crepes, waffles and French toasts. We had small kids with us. After taking our order , people came in after us and received their food . We waited for two hours for our food. We were visiting and decided to get food and head back home. We wasted a lot of time waiting to eat. No discount but kept bringing us drinks. Never eat there again. It took an hour and a half to get the order. The waitress was friendly but it would have been nice if she came to the table occasionally to let me know what the problem was. Came here the other morning and our waitress was very rude, never said hi or welcome or thank-you. I get people have bad days but this was just ridiculous. She was cussing like crazy in the kitchen and we could hear her the whole time. Sat us at a dirty table even though there was only one other customer there. The food was gross and cold. Idk if it’s because of the time we were there (5 am) was the reason for the bad customer service and food or what. Will not be back to this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As usual, the service was great, the portions are more than adequate, and the food was delicious. I got coffee, a spinach, mushroom omelet, which comes with 3 pancakes, and had more than half the omelet left over for tomorrow, all for under $15. IHOP doesn’t disappoint. I had to come write a review for this location. We live close by and it isn't always easy to get 3 young kids out. We have been the past 2 Sundays to breakfast around 9 am and the food and service has been the best I've experienced in years from any restaurant. Keep it up Ihop! The food is on point. The cooks always do a great job. The servers do the best they can. I've never had a bad server, I've had plenty of overworked servers. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day I go l, there is only ever one server trying to seat, serve, bus, and check out customers in a busy restaurant. It is always cold in the restaurant, to the point my family bring jackets and the servers all wear them as well. I recently took my elderly father there for breakfast. He walks with a crutch. We're almost at a wheelchair stage. We came in and the hostess takes off to the back. I'm hanging back with my father who clearly has walking issues. Half way to the back, I say, really? He has trouble walking and you're taking use to the back. She laughed. When we arrived at the last and more farther booth from the door. I explained that couldn't she have seated us closer to the door. She turned and said no, it's policy. The waitress came and was sympathetic and offered to move us. I explained no, we made it here but I'd like to see the Manager. The Manager was also sympathetic. I explained no I don't want another booth at this point I'd like you to train your people about handicap and elderly folks. She agreed and apologized. That was it. We/I will never go back there (at least to this location) ever again. I don't understand people these days! I rated everything a 1 because there wasn't a 0. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was NOT my favorite experience at an IHOP. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server came over and took our drink order and before we could give her the food order she was gone. She came back eventually and took our order. I ordered the breakfast sampler and my fiancé ordered the southwest sampler with chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. He doesn’t eat whipped cream at all, so he asked for the pancakes to be sent back and remove the whipped cream. As you can see pictures .. they removed the whipped cream and chocolate chips and flipped the pancakes over and added some chocolate syrup on top. They didn’t look or taste appealing at all. The chocolate chip pancakes were so dry. The regular pancakes were dry and Luke warm .. the butter didn’t even melt in top. My food (breakfast sampler) wasn’t all that bad. Not sure that I would recommend this location at all. I’m only in town for this weekend but I know for sure if I ever come back Euless, I won’t go here.
