I frequently visit this particular location for several reasons. It's close to where I work, it's always nicely decorated for any occasion, the food always tastes delicious and the service is impeccable. Tierra, the GM, always has this IHOP on point! This IHOP use to be a good place to eat at but here lately the food socks from burnt waffles and cold food...not to mention on 2/12 my waitress was so overwhelmed she was upset and crying. I felt so bad for her I asked to speak to the manager so she could take a break and the manager decided to share the info with other waitress. Instead of caring for the young lady she talked about her and did nothing. It takes 1.5 seconds to care about your worker's if you care the worker's job will be so much more easier. Laturno is a true TEAM PLAYER! She stepped in as our waitress when there was no one else to service us. She was very friendly, kind and patient. The food was delicious and came out right on time! Some, NOT ALL, of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. SOME could work on their personable skills, especially when working in the field of hospitality and customer service! My Husband and I visit this location OFTEN especially on Sunday mornings after church. This has been our routine for over a year. A month ago we experienced a customer service issue with the hostesses..I reported the incident of rudeness and disrespect from the hostesses which was corrected by the General Manager of the location. I was surprised when I received the call from the GM apologizing for the rude behavior of the hostesses and assured it would not happen again and it has not.. Every visit after then has been wonderful Food Staff and All....Kudos to the GM and her crew!!! Keep Up the Outstanding work!!!❤️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A very festive IHOP, completely decked out in Halloween decorations. Staff was friendly, took awhile to get someone to seat me at a table. But once I was seated, my server knocked my socks off with some amazing customer service. Gave me the complete run down on all specials, and suggested menu options for what I was hungry for or had a craving. Food came out fresh, hot and ready to be consumed. Rate a 9.99 out of 10, enjoy! There wasn’t a long wait and we were seated immediately (party of 3). When I arrived at my table my seat wasn’t clean but the nice gentleman was able to get it clean for me. The floors are clean and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Our food was seasoned well and cooked just right. The pancakes were fluffy with the small crunch around the edges the way I like them. I had the strawberry lemonade to drink and it was just the right sweetness/tanginess I love. Our waitress name was Jessica. She’s very sweet, warm, caring and has a nice smile. Thank you Jessica! First of all it was 10 of us in our party and another party of 10 behind us. They were so nice and the customer service was great. The food came out hot and was everything because we literally was ripping & running all day and didn’t eat until 8:30pm. The Colorado omelette with the pancakes is always my favorite. Excellent service and food. Everything was prepared properly, and at a temperature level, I was in favor of no cold, heatlamp, or less than desirable food. The restaurant overall was very clean. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 IHOP now has Eggs, Benedict on their menu, as well as new choices of crepes, and they are oh so delicious.
