First thing we walk in, there was only one waitress working. She got us seated quickly. She was first, but was stressed did to the volume of people she was waiting on. (not faulting her, she did great.) Now to the food. The pancakes fell apart, it was if you were eating it in layers. They stuck yo your mouth like peanut butter. The scrambled eggs were hot and good. The hasbrowns were lukewarm. The most disappointing was the chicken fried stake. It was hot but no flavor and not enough gravy. This was the absolute WORST AND RUDEST wait staff EVER!!! I'd give them a "0" star if I could. Very interesting that when I mentioned my experience there to four other people that day, I was informed that they all have had IHOP bad experiences and will never go back. As will I...NEVER go back there. Those waitresses (2 in my experience) and the manager need customer service orientation!!! Don't waste your time or money going to eat here. The manager “Sammy” seriously lacks people skills. He is rude, inconsiderate, mean and verbally abusive to his employees and is just terrible at his job. He doesn’t even know how to seat people properly as a host. The food was good and the service fantastic, but as long as he is employed here we will not support this bisiness. Manager served my son this. I took my son to eat the wanka menu. The audacity of this man placing this at our table and expecting me to be okay with it was astonishing. As a manager you should known better. The pancakes were worse, it’s like he just dropped purple in the middle and then placed cream on top, which slid off the plate right when he set it down. It was an embarrassing moment you would have thought, but the manager did nothing to correct it. It seemed like serving less than quality was a normal thing for him. I would have refused the pancakes, but I had already told him we were not accepting those drinks and to give us dr.pepper instead. When we got to the car my son said, mom that wasn’t good. I told him, son I know. I would have rejected the food but I didn’t want to ruin the day. His response I would have understood, that was really bad. My experience should have been a good one, especially with a manager serving us, yet it was clear this man should not be a manager. I payed full price for everything and just like everyone else I should have been served as a guest. I work hard for my money and I consider time with my son precious. This was an experience that was not worth the time or the money. If the manager is serving you make sure you just ask to come back later or get another server. He may want the business but his demeanor is lazy and he lacks common sense. As for me and mine, we will no longer be going here. What you can’t see from the photo is the cream used to place the sprinkles was wet and melting. It slid all the way down. It wasn’t pink and it had no cotton candy in sight. You weren’t even able to grab the cup because it was sticky. Poor presentation is an understatement. I try to only post positive reviews always. However, this man gets my first bad review because his service was the worst I’ve seen in 31 years.

Great service. Good food. Open 24 hours. Coffee is weak. Service at this location has been consistently been on point. The food is always good. The atmosphere is well it’s kinda dead. Good food pretty fast. Nothing special as far as looks and extras. Everything was great until we saw the manager go to the ice machine and put his bare hand in it, get ice out and eat it! Not once but twice! Instead of making a scene I spoke to him before we left to let him know what I saw him. He said his stomach wasn't feeling good. I told him that was not sanitary. Then he said I didn't do that. I told him again I saw him. He said Merry Christmas have a good day. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
