They did it to me an again. I show up at 6 to eat a nice breakfast before work, but this is the second time I have come to this property and 6:10 still dark. If you could get there when they want to open the food is great but that is the problem 6 am is obviously too early for this group. All of the food that we got was so good! We got omelets, and one of the sides that they come with is 3 pancakes. And those pancakes are BIG! We had to take some food home, because we couldn't finish it all! The real plus for me, was that they have gluten friendly pancakes. I was so happy to discover that! My boyfriend called multiple times to place an order for pick up. His calls kept getting dropped, or so we thought. So I called on my phone and a lady picked up. I asked to place an order for pick up. She immediately responded with "No." We were confused. She then said, "I am the only one working and I cannot do orders for pick up. Unless you come in to dine. It'll be an hour". We kindly said thank you. And she hung up on us. We took our service to across the street at Era. Better service. Service: 1

Fast friendly service. Tables were cleaned and stocked with syrup, napkins, silverware. Menus are big and clear and easy to read. Prices are reasonable for the area. Big bright area. Food probably could have been better but it was like warm when we got it. The waitress served us our drinks and took our order - never came back after 50 minutes I asked why was everyone being served when we have been there 50 minutes. I think it sat in the window because they didn't know where it went. 5 minutes later our food came. Very poor service . We will not go there again. Waitress said she would give a discount but that never happened so bad experience and no one received a tip. I have still been waiting on a call back from the manager on the 8th of January and today is the 19th so 11 days. Went in with my kids and sister spent over 80 bucks and it was absolutely terrible. Let the waitress know non of us ate the biscuit cause they tasted like rotten fish! Like absolutely no joke she confirmed they got alot of complaints about it and yet didn't care to share when we ordered it. The gravey was lumpy and cold here I bought 2 biscuit and gravey meals and one big steak omelet meal and a crepe meal and spent alot of money to get told that she would remove the biscuits and never did. So then I asked at the register she said well we waited till the end of our meal to complain. The waitress never came back till the check came how could I have said anything she was no where to be seen. Never the less NONE of it was eaten it was completely nasty and shocked that they even could tell me they had this complaint alot!
