Went for breakfast and was seated promptly by the pleasant greeter. The restaurant was not busy on this weekday morning. Still waiting to see someone/anyone after 15 minutes. We could hear people talking in the kitchen but no servers present in the dining room. We opted to leave without ordering because no one ever showed up. The waiting area had several people looking around for help (greeter no longer there) when we walked out. I miss the Wood River IHOP where service was great and food was prompt. Server was so cute food was good but for no reason should the manager be yelling at staff like that… especially when customers are trying to enjoy their food I didn’t get the name of the manager but she NEEDS work Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

IHOP has had it's up and downs over the last few years but am happy to say they are back, ON TOP! The food was spectacular today and service was primo. My server, Renee, was very pleasant and helpful in me getting my order in promptly and served in record time. I won't hesitate anymore about going there, when I need my eggs , to have my fave, chicken fajita omelet. The new menu also looked exciting and chock full of new items that sounded delicious. So, get out there and go back, if you haven't been in a while. Just dined in to enjoy a great meal. My food was hot. Everything was delicious. My service was phenomenal. My waitress Ashley was very professional & did a wonderful job! Nice, super polite family seem to have assumed management of the restaurant. Food was much more like the pictures on the menu. Very low wait time, but there were few other customers besides us. The polite graciousness of our waitress stood out compared to our past visits and among other area restaurants. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
