So overall. I'm going to rate this a 8.5 out of 10... the food I'll rate 10 out of 10 the service I'm going to rate a 4 out of 10 and the atmosphere I'm also going to rate a 4 out of 10. The food was delicious, the service could be better but I won't complain I mean it is a busy atmosphere that's why I gave it a four out of 10. I just think service can be a bit better and maybe the atmosphere can be a little less congested. But overall really like I said 8.5. And the food was a 10 out of 10 so that's kind of tops. The workers are nice and polite the reason why I do have comments about the services because it's really busy and they messed up on a few things we ordered. Which brings me back to the atmosphere of it being congested and busy, I do understand why it would equal out to them messing up orders. Placed a curbside order. Waited over an hour and I never got the notification that it was ready for pickup, so I decided to just drive down there to see if it was ready. I get there, parked in curbside, waited another 24min..still nothing. Another car pulled along side me in the next curbside spot and he also waited awhile for maby 10min until he decided to go in and get it himself because no one brought out the orders. Thats when I called the store to check on my order and the girl answered and told me that it "been ready". Smh so now I'm pissed. Why DIDNT ANYONE BRING IT OUT TO ME? I have a disability that prohibits me from walking much so I couldn't just go inside myself to get it. Shameful service. Why offer curbside if the lazy employees don't "feel like" bringing it out to PAYING customers? I couldn't have imagined a better time or place to get pancakes. I had a T-Mobile Tuesdays deal that allowed me points for a free stack of pancakes. The waitress that served me was extremely nice and pleasant, and assisted me the entire time with taking care of me, and helping me when I didn't know what I was doing when redeeming for them. And if she didn't know, she asked her manager, who was also very helpful and pleasant. I mainly just hung out and chilled there way after I finished eating, and they were perfectly okay with it, since it is open 24/7, and I chilled and vibed out to the music and peaceful atmosphere. Different atmosphere being in a smaller location, let alone in a strip mall area, but it was nice inside. Food was good as always, but our server was actually very bad. Me and my husband met my daughter for a late breakfast, at 2pm, lol. We were seated while waiting for you, I order 2 coffees and a chocolate milk. It took almost 15 minutes to receive our drinks. After my daughter arrived we put in our order, my daughter ordered a coke. Not one time after our food was delivered did the server ever come back to refill our coffee or even the fountain drink. I was a server for over 20 years, so I'm not to keen on being ignored. The restaurant was not busy, there were 3 servers, and we aren't needy customers, but to not be checked on and then just brought our check and asked if we needed boxes just doesn't sit right with me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her demeanor seemed fine, she just kinda seemed lazy and aloof with being there. Not sure if I'll go back to this location or not, but I will keep going to the locations I know have better service that this. We tend to go to ihop a couple times a month. Sad this experience was like this cause it conveniently located close to my daughter's home. Just have to check out other restaurants in the area for a better breakfast place.
