I ordered 2 waffles for takeout today. And they forgot to give me syrup. I love Ihop waffles, but eating without syrup really gave me bad experience. ☹️☹️ Service Take out

Janet was my server and she was absolutely amazing. The best customer service I had in a long time. She made sure she greeted me with a smile and she was extremely professional. I went here to eat breakfast because I could walk across the street to it from my hotel. The restaurant looked decent. It was clean. The food was really good. I had an omelet and loved it. The service is what impress me the most. It was absolutely amazing. This is always been a good place to eat. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time at this location and first thing I see is a young man the host with a hicky on his neck. That was pretty disgusting to say the least. His name is Kevin. He was rude and not at all friendly. The waitress was in such a rush That we weren’t sure she got the part that we ordered Gluten Free pancakes. We didn’t eat them just to be on the safe side. My suggestion train your kid employee customer service. Our meal was okay. Wished our Turkey bacon was cooked a little longer. Will not be coming back to this location. Our visit to this IHOP on July 3rd, between 9-10am, left much to be desired. The restaurant was swamped and appeared understaffed, which we suspect contributed to the series of issues we encountered. The first incident involved a lipstick-stained coffee cup. Although we chose to see this as an isolated misstep, it did set a tone for the rest of our meal. Then, there was a mix-up with one of our orders and a lack of communication about them being out of egg whites - a frustrating oversight that delayed one of our meals. However, the most concerning part was the discovery of a live bug crawling in our fruit dish. After a struggle to gain the attention of the waitstaff, we showed our waitress the bug. The manager's dismissive attitude, suggesting the bug might have flown into our dish after it was served, was highly disappointing. Yes, he offered to cover the cost of that meal, but that did little to change our concerns about the overall hygiene standards at the restaurant. We urge IHOP to take this feedback seriously. Staff training, especially around cleanliness and customer service, is clearly needed. Our hope is that future customers won't have to go through a similar experience.
