I should have known better. First the Good - Service was good and so was the coffee. The dining area was spotless. Now the not so good - The pancakes were decent. Not great. Considering these are this establishment's specialty this was a dissapointment. Both the omelette AND the hash browns were cold inside. How do you do that? The young man that was our server was amazing. Very intuitive to our needs. I will return to get more Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes 🥞. The food is great. The service is slow. But here's the big problem. When I was paying at the table by credit card, the waitress entered a 20% tip, and moved to the next screen without giving me the option. When I asked her to go back to the previous screen she got really rude. I insisted on seeing it. She's lucky I gave her a tip at all. She's a greedy, ignorant person. I probably should have talked to a manager. Poor service, had to ask twice for anything. But again, the food was great. The severs here are always super nice and friendly! The food always fills you up, and the atmosphere is always warm as their food! If your ever nearby give this place a try!
