We had awesome service here when we walked in at 1am in the morning from the sweetest waitress Sara! We have been traveling all day to attend a funeral with our two small kids who have been stuck in the car that definitely had some energy. Sara was so kind & talked with our kids & she was one of the best waitress we have ever received service from. She had a smile on her face the whole time why serving my family & was on top of anything we needed within minutes of asking. She was so polite the whole time we were eating & so nice to our kids. They are so lucky to have such a kind/friendly person working for their company! She definitely made our night after a long day! The food was amazing from the cook Savannah & it came out perfect! Ordered a burger that wasn’t all the way cooked but they managed to burn the cheese to the point where it was no longer edible. Zero refills terrible service, it’s like no one knew what was going on it’s like every one was just hiding in the back. My family and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent family experience. 98$ for the worst experience of our life! Wish I could post pictures but we just wanted to leave. I was in Uniontown IHOP on Tuesday February, 13th. Our male server Dustin had made my 11 year old daughter feel very uncomfortable. I did not appreciate this . He would not stop touching her . Staring at her . She wanted to leave because of this . This service and type of person should not be aloud to work in a restaurant. She stood up and dropped her phone and when she bent over I watched him stare at her . When I confronted him he hadn’t said anything back and walked away . I should have confronted a manager that night however I was disgusted that this man was aloud to work in this industry if he is like that with my 11 year old daughter ! I am very disappointed. He made her very uncomfortable and it was not appreciated . Food was very good however I will not be back considering this is how the staff is with children . I was very disappointed. When you walk through the dining room, you stick to the floor. We were seated and the table was sticky. I understand people use syrup and it is sticky but I think the tables should be cleaned better. The food was not as good. I remember them have different flavors of syrup, when we asked for syrup for our pancakes we were given regular syrup. I am not from this area anymore but when I am in town I love to go there. But after today's experience I don't think I will eat there again. Next time I will just go to Eat N Park. I truly do not understand how this restaurant is still open. Only 2 servers working the entire place- including checking in and checking out, there’s no receptionist and no hostess. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks, the place was dirty. Our meals came out at different times and looked like they had been sitting under the warmer for quite a while. It took almost 2 hours to get all of the meals out. Absolutely terrible service and the food was gross. Definitely will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On 13 Jan 2024, at 837 AM we entered the IHop in Uniontown. We were seated and it took about 6 or 7 minutes to get a waitress. After placing our order we got our drinks and then I notice what I thought was our waitress leave the restaurant and drive off. After not seeing our waitress for a while I finally stopped another waitress I told her we haven't seen our waitress and it's been close to an hour and no food. She stated she would check. After a while I was seriously getting irate when I looked out and seen our waitress walk back in the restaurant. She came over with our food. 2 correct orders and one wrong. The food was luke warm. The waitress had to get the correct order for my granddaughter, so her pancakes were hot. We ate and were given the bill with the wrong order on it which was $5 higher. The cashier or was our waitress corrected the bill. Never was ask how the service was or no apology was offered at all. All in all we were there almost 1 hour and 15 minutes which is unacceptable. Back in December 2023 we were at this same restaurant and ended up walking out after almost an hour with no food. We finally told the waitress to cancel our order as we were not waiting any longer. We were told the waiter just walked out on the job. This waitress was nice and understood and apologized numerous times. We figured when we went on Saturday it could not be bad again. As we used to go there for breakfast on our trips all the time with good food and service. This has soured us on this restaurant and we will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about our last experiences there. Totally disappointed and disgusted with Ihop. Decent food, but not for the price. It's sad my Sunday breakfast is better than their's and cheaper. It also took forever to get our food. I'd say 40 min. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service.. waited 10 min just to be acknowledged that I even exist.. followed by a 45 min wait for terribly cold chicken biscuit sandwich. Fries were soggy and the hash browns were hard as a chicken bone. I literally thought the food had bones in it. Terrible experience and will never come back. Big changes needed, sianna was our server.. more worried about having fun in the back than actually tending to her customers. The food was very good, but the service was even better! The hostess joked with my kids and made them feel comfortable. The waitress was wonderful as well.
