Totally awesome! Everything was beyond our expectations..a group of 7 of us met and we waited for a table Sat 1/6... the Hostess was wonderful and so friendly.. she offered us coffee while we waited..! We all were spoiled by our waiter Bartholomew (sp?), who couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it sooooo much we are returning in March! Came in and was helped really quickly at the front. We sat down and had Jerry as a waiter. Jerry was so very helpful and very sweet. I would go there just to have him be our waiter again. Excellent service for a chain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our waiter was amazing. He definitely seemed like he worked in a Michelin star restaurant. I hadn't been to an IHOP in years. I can't even rate the food as my wife and I have been waiting almost an hour and still nothing. We have never waited this long for our meals. Been coming here for years and this wait time for our food is just way too long. The service lady comes by often to let us know it is on the way. To make it even worse, a family of 3 comes in after us, sits next to us and within 15 minutes, they all have their meals. I don't need a reply, we are just gonna take our business elsewhere. my server eric was probably the best server i have ever experienced. the restaurant was super busy and he served us so quickly. SUPER easy to talk to and very polite, received amazing respect from him and would totally come back just for him to serve us again.
