Ordering nicely cooked fried chicken, omelettes and broth is what many clients advise. Try good crepes and tasty waffles that are proposed at this restaurant. Visitors don't like cold coffee at IHOP. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are attractive for the quality you receive. This spot is associated with the quiet atmosphere. But this restaurant hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

On the evening on March 1, 2024, we stopped for a late meal after traveling 8 hrs. We ordered breakfast food because it sounded good. We weren't disappointed. My daughter stated "out of all the places we have stopped over the years and the different IHOP locations, this one had the best French Toast" and I was impressed with the Omlette. The omlette appeared on the plate as it did in the menu, which never happens. The waitress was extremely professional and her customers service skills were that of a 5 star restaurant. Regardless if we stopped at a IHOP, these folks/this shift took pride in the work. We were very impressed. We left a gracious tip and figured a good review goes a long ways as well. Pancakes were cold and the batter inside wasn't cooked,eggs were cold and so much oil on them. Bacon was way undercooked and cold. One bite and I was done!! I actually feel bad about the 4 stars on the food, The reason why is because they treat customers too good to have the same rating. I don't come here often, but when I do it's more for the employees and their treatment of the customers. I have heard the wait can be terrible. I have had a long wait myself and always left very satisfied and in a better mood than when I arrived. I would suggest that this company expand its dining area. We went for breakfast at 7 AM on a weekday, it wasn't busy when we got there. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was great. The food was barely warm when it came out, in a timely manner and was what we ordered . The bill for the two of us was $43.00. We ordered off the menu, nothing ala carte . My companion gave them another chance with his family at supper the next night but was terribly disappointed with the food ,and dishes this time. Dirty glasses with lip prints, hard stiff waffles, burnt sausage, sloppy macaroni with a dab of cheese. The waiter was disheveled and looked like a bum. For the $86 he paid he left wholly disappointed and won't be back. I've been there 3 times and I won't be back either. It's too little enjoyment for too much money. The food was delicious, but the service set it apart from other restaurants. I can not praise Stacy enough. She is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She brings customer service to a whole new level. We could all learn from her. We ordered turkey mashed potatoes green beans the was barely warm. The server was new it took close to 10 minutes to get to our table there was 2 servers and only 1 other table with customers. No one came to the table to check on us, the server finally came to the table and asked if we were ready to leave and we said yes she took our card and started to walk away and we had to ask for her to bring the bill to see what we owed. Horrible location with nothing but problems, no acknowledgement from employees, bad wait times and just all around not a location to visit. I waited over half an hour after checking in at my pickup time for my online order. I was told at pickup time they had just received my order and it would be 10-15 minutes. So I wait, then almost a half hour goes by and someone else comes in for their pickup order. The original employee comes with a bag and says order for X. It was the other persons order not mine. Then I was told they just received mine and would begin it… but after giving them my name they said they began mine… so I asked for a refund. I was already going on almost 40 minutes after the pickup time so almost an hour after ordering. I get an attitude from an employee and the cook and told they can’t do refunds I have to contact someone else. Then they say they’ll grab the manager. The manager then tells me he has no idea how to do a refund and he’ll take my info down so the general manager can call me the next day to do the refund.. we’ll guess what? Two days later and still nothing and they won’t answer their phones after being on hold forever multiple times and nothing. I just want my refund for not receiving what I paid for. Our server late in the evening on Thanksgiving was delightfully friendly and made our night. She welcomed us in, gave insightful menu recommendations and had a cheery attitude that lifted us up. She went above and beyond. The food was pretty good and came out hot and nearly identical to menu pictures. If you're eating here, I'd recommend sticking to breakfast foods unless it's 8pm and you really need a burger. Dear God Don't Go! Our waitress was kind and deligent, but the wait from a silent and sloth like host and the so-cold-it's-rubbery food really ruined it for us. Not one of our food items seemed like it had been cooked to order (nearly empty restraunt, maybe 25 minute wait for food after order). Two people, $50 with tip for nearly unedible food, seriously cold rubbery bacon, lego like potatoes, and soggy cold pancakes. All the food ordered is in the picture - really, it was $50. If it wasn't for the obviouslly disinterested staff we would have sent everything back but I doubt attempt #2 would be an improvement. At a certain point, it just isn't worth our time. The wait to sit down (once again, near empty restaurant) was 15 minutes because of the basically comatose teen host - to the point where we were concerned for his health/mental wellbeing.. It was a total disaster and I understand big cheap chain restaurants and staffing issues, but this was next level. We stopped here for a family night with our two young children under 5. They had a sign in the door that said they were short staffed but the server said it should work so we went in. We ordered breakfast for dinner and it came out at a reasonable time. But the reason I wanted to write this review is that our server, I think her name was Kay Ann, she was outstanding. Get that girl a raise and some help. She ran that restaurant essentially by herself that night and kept up great. You could tell it wasn’t easy but she was up to the task. We had a good night with the family thanks to Kay Ann. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
