Only 2 servers at night..the waiter did his best, and he was polite. It took a while to be seated, order our food.. The best part was the coffee. It kept us entertained while the drink orders were taken and arrived. The place was not full. We were 15. 1 person left because of the wait time, and 2 people only had coffee and 1 had only water. The food was great even though the bacon was forgotten on a couple of the burgers. But $5.19 for a side order of hash browns. I should have gotten another meal. Today I waited 45 minutes on my table never bring me menu, water nothing! Had the worst experience ever. I like this location cause I usually never have a problem. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla appetizer the food came out first. 15min later I get my Chicken Quesadilla with only 2 pieces of chicken on each slice. The waiter was nice and said I could get another one made. I denied the offer because I can hear the Manager (Yajaira) and a Hispanic cook cussing in Spanish about the situation mentioned me and little did they know I’m Hispanic as well! I spoke to the manager to let her know I do understand Spanish and I knew everything about her conversation and she said she understood and walked away. Super unprofessional wont be going back! IHOP is your standard breakfast eatery. This location is better than most as the service is better than most IHOPs in the area. While I mostly come for breakfast, I have to ask for shell eggs. The only issue I have is that it's hit or miss on delivery of a hot or freshly made meal. I think often the food sits and gets lukewarm. It's consistent but just average. Service is hit or miss where during the meal I am looking for my server. Some servers shine. Food options are expansive as well as a decent plus 55 menu. By far the worst experience ever. Came out to eat and enjoy my Sunday with the family. We placed our drink orders and took 10 minutes. We finally placed our ordered which took a while but rather quickly. I ordered a T-Bone steak Medium Rare, only to receive it Well-Done and pale. I told our server and she proceeded to re-fire the dish. Once the dish was received the steak was completely raw as it had been just kissed on the Flat top stove top. At this point, I gave up waiting for my food as my family was nearly done and I was left with a empty stomach. We asked for the GM only to send the AGM. We told her about the situation and stated she would inform the GM and mentioned she would see about asking to remove the dish from my bill. Did not eat anything and was not given an apology or a comp'd dish. Horrible service and poor approach from the management team. Would never dine here again. The food was delicious I had waffles but butter it was cold it was not at room temp, and it did not melt into my waffle the syrup bottle was sticky but was clean after we ask for another bottle. Our waiter was very good and would come by to see if we needed anything. The atmosphere was very comfortable. The service was friendly, and despite being busy we were still attended to fairly quickly. After being seated, it did take a little bit for us to be given the menus. The food was decent. Some of the flavors were a bit off. The pancakes were a bit sweet, and the hashbrowns were burned. The atmosphere, however, was very welcoming. Our waitress Alejandra was very kind. This was my first time trying the chicken and waffles and it was great, I'll definitely order it again.
