Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked bacon, hash browns and chicken. This restaurant may please you with good crepes and tasty French toasts. Tasty dishes at democratic prices are offered here. The atmosphere is exotic, a lot of guests enjoy the concept of IHOP. 4.2 is what this place got from the Google rating system.

I had the best experience at the ihop my server Cynthia was lovely and atmosphere was lively. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family. And to Leon that said tips and can not be the waitress sole income. As a server myself. Until and unless you’ve been in OUR shoes you can shut up. You don’t know every single server. I am sorry for other peoples experiences. From start to finish our experience was excellent.Glad we left Perkins, across the street. They even sang Happy Birthday to her and gave her an ice cream!!!Awesome Thank you so much Cynthia (our waitress ) Deb and the whole staff for being so friendly and positive , polite and Customer Service Exceeded our expectations!! The service at this IHOP location has been horrible. I experienced several customers and my family leaving this IHOP location due to long wait times from IHOP waitress host. The waitress host would clean several tables or be walking around doing other things while the customers have been seated and are sitting at the tables for 15-20 minutes without order drinks or sometimes menus. Also, I have experienced a poor attitude with the host waitress and have told management and/or the waitress about their attitude. I don't see how tips are part of your sole income with engaging customers, but the waitress has an attitude but wants a tip. I do believe tips are part of your engagement of service with the customer. Nevertheless, I would go to another location such as Apopka, where the service is outstanding, or another restaurant before spending my dollars here at this location. I tried something different, country fried steak combo. It was flavorful and the value was great because it came with eggs, hashbrowns and two pancakes. My encounter with this IHOP started with a phone call. I explained to the employee that I was in a rush and was hoping I could order my meal before I got there. Hesitant, he still accommodated me and told me to ask for Cindy when I arrived. I waited a little at the front desk when I entered. The place looked clean and was quiet with just a few families dining in. Cindy walked up to me to seat me and I told her what the gentleman on the phone said. She walked me to my seat and brought out my food. She was attentive the whole time and brought my check within minutes of being seated because she knew I was in a rush. I sincerely appreciated her customer service. She did everything with a warm smile and was very nice. The food was perfect. Bacon and eggs cooked perfectly and the pancakes were fluffy and hot--I didn't even have to ask for warm syrup (iHOP hack :) thank me later). I'll surely be back. Thank you, Cindy!
