It was our 1st time eating at an In-N-Out. Expectations were very high from all the praise we heard from others. We went on a Saturday night. The place was packed! The drive thru looped around the parking lot. We had a double-double and hamburger combo meals. It took a long time to receive our food. I can't honestly say it was bad, but it wasn't great either. The fries were blah! The burger patties were very little. They didn't even cover the bun. So therefore, we are gonna be one & done. I reckon that puts us in the Out group? It got very crowded right after we got there but service was quick and everything tasted great. Line for the drive thru was very long so I'd recommend going inside. I'm from the east coast and we don't have In n out so I wanted to come and try it. So we went and it was night time both times and there were a lot of college kids. The place was filled with like 100+ people. But surprisingly the ordering and food came out very quick. Customer service was amazing very friendly workers. The burger was amazing, tasty, and just all around good. However the fries felt like they weren't cooked long enough and hard the first time and the second time they seemed cooked correctly but still wasn't the biggest fan of the fries. I recommend coming here for the atmosphere and great burgers! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Probably one of if not THE most holy place in the entire state of Utah. Nothing beats having church at In n’ Out on a Sunday when the rest of the state is SUPPOSED to be attending second hour. Not me though, I consider the scripture verses on the bottom my fries to be all the spiritual enrichment I need for the week. Had my very first In-N-Out Burger here in July 2021. Amazing experience! They are the Chick-fil-A of burger joints. Excellent burgers and fries are a thousand times better than McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's combined. Friendly service is ten thousands times better than the other three combined. And the restaurant was clean too, and the milkshakes were amazing. When is In-N-Out Burger coming to North Carolina? (Answer: Not soon enough; if you are from the east visit while you are in the area!) If you want fast and simple, this is the place. It's a bit busy though (the drive through line was huge) and the food is that: simple. Small menu, and the food is good, but not incredible. Went to Provo to take care of business. Stopped by In and Out for some quick lunch. Service was pretty fast. Quality of the burger was awesome, fresh fries. The restaurant itself was very clean; bathroom was good; plenty of parking. Definitely a great spot for lunch. Will come back for sure. The food was good. I've never had in n out before. Don't have it on east coast. It was packed. They had a large staff that all seemed to be working really hard together. I guess in the beehive state you should expect that. Super friendly staff also. Service was fairly quick especially considering how crowded it was inside and out. The fries are ok, the burgers are AWESOME! we ordered like 60 shakes and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Eating the shakes with straws as chopsticks is the best method. Also, free car show in the parking lot. Highly recommend. Exceptional service and experience every time. Burgers are always tasty and hot, and I’m personally a fan of the fries as well. Wanted to take a second and give Avery a shoutout. This afternoon in the dining room he really went above and beyond. He brought my shake for me after I had forgotten about it, which really enhanced my dining experience. I also watched him clean tables for several people that were sitting down, and pull up a high chair for a family dining in. Extremely proactive and helpful approach in the dining room. Give this gentleman a raise!
