A very nice and cool local place to visit when on the island. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant as well because you can sit and overlook the road and watch people and cars go by as you're eating. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am visually impaired and the waitress helped me with the menu and getting around the place. They have a good selection of food and some local dishes as well. I got the grilled seafood plate with locally caught fish and lobster. It was a good portion of food and it was extremely flavorful. If you were on the island even for a day, it is definitely worth stopping here and having lunch or dinner. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate at Island Flavor when we visited The Bottom in order to take a hike at "The Ladder." The food is excellent, and the service is quick and friendly. Both my wife and I had a noodle bowl, and we enjoyed them immensely. I also had a ginger lemonade that was very refreshing. We were informed by other customers that their seafood chowder soup is delicious. It's definitely a must stop if you're in town. my husband and I went for a late lunch. I had the excellent potato skins, and he enjoyed the barbecued wings. Service is very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant. Great place to stop for a cool drink and quality food. I had the bistro burger and my partner the chicken curry - both were excellent.
