A number of people point out that the staff is courteous here. The fine service is a great benefit of Jack in the Box. Numerous clients claim that prices are medium. Most of the time, the pleasant atmosphere is to be found here. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

horrible , i don’t even know what this is. ???? i specifically said “ TWO jumbo jack cheeseburgers but make them lettuce wrapped” these are not. on the receipt nothing is correct either. ( it was too late i was back home when i noticed and seen everything.) there was a list written down in my messages so i read directly from it so everything should have been understood correctly. why would i want a burger with no bread and extra lettuce with LITTLE sauce in the lettuce. 😐 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When you are short on cash and need to fill up (food wise) Jack in the box is for you. Fast clean and hot tasty affordable food. And the whole menu at anytime. Great place..hope to see ya there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience. Sat and waited for them to even acknowledge we were there. They weren't even getting slammed. We were the only ones in line and it took them 10 minutes to take out order. The manager was there and she didn't help at all. If I can give zero stats I would Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1 star for the friendly staff. Otherwise I would give zero stars. I ordered in drive thru a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. It came to just over $7 There's suppose to be brocolli in this dish. That makes the item more appealing for consumers looking for a healthier choice. I understand higher prices, but I still expect portions that reflect the similar portions of the past. Instead, this dish had one really tiny brocolli floret and a piece of another really tiny brocolli floret. Seriously folks there was just enough of a tiny amount present so they can say it contains brocolli. :-( Of course I didn't notice until I got home and sat down to eat. I've never had to check my order with this location before. :-( I suggest skipping this item. Everything was scaled back. It cost $1 to $2 more and had noticeably less chicken, less rice and of course the barely there brocolli. Hey, on the positive side it had plenty of teriyaki sauce. That's probably to make the missing ingredients less obvious. Again folks unless you're into being frustrated and disappointed give this one a pass. :-( Service Take out Price per person $1–10
