My cousin and I did a late night run after the airport pickup. Where she lives, there isn't a Jack N the Box. So, when she comes to town, she has to have some JB. We went through the drive thru, and I hate drive thru. Last night I think the most we waited maybe 30 minutes. Our food was fresh, hot, and good. We visited the JB on Galloway in Mesquite, Texas. Let me shout out about the young man at the window. He was so sweet and attentive. Beautiful smile, kind and friendly. Everything we asked for he provided. I will be visiting again, when she comes to town. Good eating ya'll! 🍔🍔🍔🍔 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This was my last time coming to this location, reason being, the meat on my buttery jack was tough as leather, the sandwich itself was cold, and dry as heck, omg I've got to choose better places to eat 😞🤢🥶 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I know I can't be the only one but every single time I go through this Jack in the box location and I get chicken nuggets, these are for my dogs, they always short me somewhere between 1:00 or 2:00 on an eight-piece order. And I'm sorry I understand it's only like 3 or 4 bucks but still, if you're going to screw people at least try to be a little bit more sneaky about it, because there are people who actually expect the right amount of purchased items when they buy something and they will turn around and come back. And then you turn around and lie by saying one of the items or two of the items jumped out of the box, these things are processed dead chickens, they do not move. Although the order was fast and fresh, my order didn't seem to be made with any care. Typical youth working at a fast food restaurant. Staff is wonderful, and this is the best Jack in the Box in the area. Stay away from June Lake location. Absolutely disgusting! It was completely empty and we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food! While we waited we could look behind the counter/kitchen! So dirty, I lost my appetite! I come to this store every single morning to get my iced coffee. It is always a wonderful experience with great employees which is why I come every morning to this specific Jack in the Box. Today on Dec. 22 around 8:30am I came thru the drive thru for a change and the woman at the window makes me not want to come back here anymore. She was not willing to listen to my complaint on my drink and just closed the window in my face. I paid for something I had to throw away as soon as I left because she was not willing to fix it without charging me. Blew my mind. Especially with how much of my money they get everyday. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because despite this one employee, they are a great store with good customer service. They need to teach that employee there quality customer service before she makes them lose valuable customers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was very good. However the tables were not cleaned off, there were no lids for medium drinks and both bathrooms were out of paper towels. The Burger patties taste EXACTLY like a cross between how a wet dog smells and fish, EVERYTIME. An inedible, inexcusable, and unacceptable waste of money. Genuinely gag worthy.
