The drive thru is overwhelmed at times, but adequate. Food is fresh and great taste. I tend to order the stuffed jalapenos peppers an extra side. I didn't have to ask for extra sauce. Very friendly people working here. Hardly anyone gets to go inside to enjoy the food. Very clean and organized. They mess up orders all the time and the last time I went in there to order my food. I got my drink it was unsweetened tea. I told the lady at the front “This doesn’t have sugar in it” The Hispanic guy just said “Yeah because we don’t have any sugar” and walked away. I assume he was a manager because he wasn’t wearing a uniform like the rest of the employees. They need to let people know before making a purchase what they do and don’t have. And If that guy is a manager then he needs to be trained on how to speak to customers.

Honestly the best Jack in the Box in the area. Especially around lunch time. Food is always fresh and really hot. I order my tacos with extra lettuce/sauce, they are always made how I order. I drive from Baytown to eat here if my kids are wanting it. The closest one to me is the one on Decker, and they are terrible. The food is amazing, but this location focuses on the drive thru, nobody hardly ever eats in there, and after doing so I see why. The place is boring and old. But if you wanna sit somewhere and see everything happening on Sheldon rd, no better place, you're more than likely by yourself, and thenfood is AMAZING....
