A lot of people point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked tacos here. Sadly, if you look through the visitors' comments, employees are competent at this fast food. This is by far the worst experience a person could have from a Jack in the box!! At which point does a company just shut down a restaurant chain for giving itself a bad name?? Very disappointed in the company for allowing it to get like this!! Won’t eat here again until something is changed at this location!!! Ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese. Sat in the drive thru forever, was asked.. No cheese right? Yes.. No cheese. Leave to go to our appointment... sandwich had Swiss cheese on it and no curly fries. Had to wait to take it back. Tried to show the receipt said no cheese on it.... there was literally Swiss cheese hanging from the box... asked to speak to the manager. The Manager called my husband a liar, said there's no cheese on there, that's mayo. He showed her the sandwich and she said why did you wait so long to bring it back? The new sandwich was lathered in mayo and had a unripe tomato on it. It was very obvious why we were treated this way. We will not return to this location. This is exactly what our country is now, people don't want to work and when they do they want to get paid to do nothing. A waste of $12. In response to reply. Did reach out. Manager took our receipt so we no longer have any info. If you will look at your reviews for the last long while I think you might see that we are not the only ones that have been letting you know there is a problem at the store. Very expensive, paid $40 for just me and my husband to eat. We went through the drive through. The manager was yelling at the employees about them eating, so the employees were all jumpy. The only thing good was the mozzarella sticks, well that was the only thing hot. Curly frys were not even cooked all the way, no sauce on our burgers... will not eat here again. For that price we could have went somewhere to sit down and eat, plus my daughter too, and would have only paid a little over $40.
