I'm a homeless person again in my life. But that doesn't change that I'm a human being. But if this Jack in the box it doesn't matter. The employees here are some of the rudest I've ever come across. Like right now I watch the employee come out the front door and go back inside. I tried to enter the door is locked. The lobby opens up at 5a.m. so I tried knocking on the door to get their attention. But was basically refused service. Since my Knocks where ignored. Anytime I ask you to use the restroom they are broken. But I have witnessed employees. Tell other customers that they can use them. I don't smoke Blues either. So because I am homeless and having a hard time in life I get treated like a animal. I have not done anything to warrant that kind of behavior. So that is why I am making this post. I love Jack in the box food. But I feel belittled every time I come to this location. To the point I dislike spending money there. But it is the only hot food business that accepts the AZ snap benefits near here. So I am forced to keep accepting the disrespectful behavior. If I want to get hot food near me.. I am so fed up with that I decided to finally post about it. Hopefully things will change at this location. God willing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waiting 30 min for 1 burger in an empty dining room listening to these employees scream, cuss, and have a good time. Talking about fighting someone. None of them should be working here absolutely insane. Like a group of school girls Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service, I placed an order online on 12/25 I went to go pick it up in the drive thru and they asked me to park and come inside. Inside the store the manager informed me they “lost” my order even though they somehow knew what my order consisted of. I showed the manager my digital receipt with proof of purchase and said she couldn’t give me my food because the payment was pending on my bank account I tried explaining to the manager that transactions take 2-5 business days to post onto the account. Manager then calls her “supervisor” who gave her the solution for me to replace the order and spend more money . I’ve contacted the store several times to speak to manager and somehow there’s never a manager that can take my call and they can never tell me what time a manager will be there. I’ve tried contacting the 1-800 number and filed a complaint online and still haven’t heard back. I just want my money back or the food the I ordered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We just orders the Spicy chicken meal came home 10 mins away. Opened the meal and it was a tiny burger .I been calling for over 10 mins no answer. It's late for me to be driving 🚗 back over there again. For 27 bucks I sure didn't get what I ordered. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This Tolleson location was fast and the person taking our order and serving us was AWESOME!!! 2 OTHER LOCATIONS WE WENT TO THIS SAME NIGHT INFORMED US ONLY "AFTER" TAKING OUR ORDERS THAT CASH ONLY WAS ACCEPTED!??? I ordered milk shakes in the app and went to pick up and was told they didn't have the order in their screen. I showed my reciept of my order and it was the correct location. They said There's nothing they can do. So I went back the next day around 4pm and was told the manager already left to come back again the next day. I ordered a combination of breakfast and lunch items and asked for my receipt in the bag. I got home from the location less than 5 minutes away and found both of my sandwiches were soaked with grease as if they had been sitting for hours and I paid and asked for curly fries upgrade but got rock hard regular fries. Tried to call many times, 14 to be exact, nobody will pick up the phone, and big surprise they forgot the receipt too. Highly disappointed. Jack-in-the-Box is always good I love coming and getting the large iced mocha drinks and their breakfast platters and sandwiches are delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with Jack-in-the-Box at all. They also have some of the best tacos for a fast food restaurant.
