Tasty tacos, chicken and egg rolls are the tastiest dishes. It's a must to order good coffee when coming to this fast food. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of people mark that the service is cool. The exotic atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a hard working week. But google users haven't given Jack in the Box a high rating.

I don't go out much these days but when I've went to Jack in the box I always knew that I will be getting amazing food, but this time was a let down and to set it off the Manager working just seems so depressed... Really hope it was just one of those bad work days because I will really miss the food. Terrible service, slow and disrespectful, I asked 3 different people after my food was brought to me for ranch and was ignored until I walked inside and got it from the manager while they were standing around staring into space, I will go to Farmington from now on. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had order a Sandro and I got home and seen that they only put 4 single fries. I tried to call multiple to see if I could come down and remake it or even add fries to it( I also added the first time I wanted extra fries) after people declining and not answering than someone picked up told them I wasn’t happy with it than presented to hang up on me ( Brandon) than I had to get out of my house again to continue to make my order right, he declined to even look at the food, refused to even make it any better told me to leave. He was very rude not helpful. I don’t mean to be rude at that point but hanging up than refusing to answer any or help while I’m driving out of my way is disrespectful and I will get frustrated by the time I go through all this. I understand it gets busy but declining and acting like youre not a manger than ignoring a customer (Brandon at nights). I would have liked if he helped I called but being disrespectful and hanging up is not a good crew that should have. The picture doesn’t show but only 4 fries . I visit here regularly, each visit is always a positive experience. My orders are ALWAYS accurate and each employee has been polite and knowledgeable about their job. Just stopped to dine in. On the door the hours said 24 hours on everyday. We got inside and the employee behind the counter said she would be right with us. Then the manager seen us and looked at the employee and told her at 9 to lock the doors. Employee said that is in a couple minutes and I have a couple that just walked in. Manager said to her I know lock the doors and said something else we could not hear. Employee then came to the counter and said the dining room is closing at 9 and we could order but had to take it to go. We said never mind since we came in bc we didn’t want to eat in our vehicle. Employee was very nice tried to wait on us but the rudeness of the manager over shadowed her. The manager did not care how she said it and cared even less that we was standing right there. I don’t have a problem if the hours was 9pm dining room closing. But it was not posted. And by the way she said it that was not the case. The employee seemed surprised she was locking the door at 9 even though there was people there to eat. But was told we had to take it to go. **update** management personally reached out to resolve the issue. Changed to 5 stars I don't get how the workers are always nice and the food is hot, but the tacos never have cheese and sauce.
