This place is CONSTANTLY out of things like constantly. Today they don't have ice, or salads.... The other day no soda. In fact the soda thing seems like a weekly freaking occurrence. Once they were out of bacon. The consistency of food is awful. They constantly forget things. It's really the worst Jack's I've had to deal with on a regular basis. They honestly should be a Wendy's that's how bad it is 😂

Chicken sandwich made me sick, I really wonder how the restaurant looks so nice but the food is so terrible across the menu lineup
Yall need to go back to the drawing board with ingredients quality, seasoning, and what makes you special other than just being in the south as the only option in Opp alabama
