I’m born and raised in Birmingham AL and always ate Jacks. But on this day. As a truck driver. Road was shutdown and they stayed open to feed drivers and others that came in. Thank you so much. This meant a lot. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was a clean and nice Jack's but my chicken was so tough that I couldn't eat it. I had went through the drive-thru and was already on the interstate almost to Hayden. It also smelled rancid. It was like the chicken had been left out all day under the heater. It literally had a yellow green tent. 🤢🤢🤢 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went Back by Jacks Dodge City an had chicken finger dinner, an the Shake hit the Spot ! Real ice cream ! Lakota took my order an she noticed I was struggling so she started Helping me with my Food an getting a seat ! She was so kind to me ! She went out of her way to Help me , that's Customer service !!! She Deserves 5 Stars ! Thank you very much Lakota!!! Jacks Dodge City AL I'll look forward to coming to jack's when visiting from Tennessee, however the quality of the breakfast was.sunpar to a gas station. Mu chicken biscuit was luke warm at best, and the chicken was more 'soggy'and zero crisp. My husband's bacon egg and cheese was missing the egg. Awesome experience at this Jacks, the ladies upfront taking orders were very nice, always a plus from me when provided truck parking, the owner is headed places, I wish Texas

Stopped at Jack's last night on the way to Jasper. Ordered the chicken finger combo. Service was practically instant. The lady at the window was polite, made my change quickly and correctly. The smell was glorious. I reached into the bag, two sauces, excellent, more than expected. The first bite of chicken raised my joy almost to its zenith. It was just the right temperature, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Then back to the bag for a french fry. Felt around the bag while driving. Pulled over to inspect the bag - NO FRIES. The joy I was experiencing was quickly deflated. How does one forget fries? There are 3 things, fingers, sauce and fries. It should be easy to count to 3. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I am truly disappointed in a place that I used to come to grab a quick bite to eat but on this occasion I came into a restaurant that used to be well kept, I mean clean. this visit was far from that , the floor was full of food all around the walk area and the prep area it's like no one was taking the initiative to clean up to take out the trash over six to seven men and women staff. people working in a small area and no one was taking the time to clean up. Absolutely shameful no professionalism at all. Staff members talking about those coming in late this is not like him. My order was managed poorly I was given three cold beef patties my burger should have been hot a fresh triple Burger my four tenders should have been hot ready to bite into I received two cold chicken tenders the french fries were cold as well. 🥺 Don't forget to bypass this place off Interstate 65 exit#299 Not worth your time and money 💰

We loved our first visit to Jack's -- a delicious burger with brioche bun, chicken nuggets and flavorful fries. Can't wait to return again on our next visit to Alabama!
