I havnt been in bout a year cause the last time I went they had rude customer service was out or didn't wanna cook certain stuff n the Lil gay guy was the manager was the rudest of all so I go today just about everything I ordered was out again wanted a 2 piece thigh n leg they say that's all they had and wings but the wings be to hard so I'm like yea just give me thigh n leg get to the window they pulling everybody up I hate that so I tell them ion wanna move up I'll wait at window it was like I broke Jack's the Lil girl was lost then she go tell manager who this time was nicer but she come say it's no breast I'm like omg she did give me 3 legs tho but I'll never go back I miss the way it was when it first open Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always a good choice of Jacks. The staff here is friendly and always get my food right. It comes fresh and for some reason tastes better here than most of the other Jacks I visit. It’s always a go to when I’m working and didn’t have time for dinner before leaving the house for work. 5 stars easy! The management here deserves so much praise, each time I see them interacting with employees it’s always wholesome and you can tell they truly care. I’ve not had to interact with them myself as I haven’t had any issues with this place but I am confident should I have an issue they will resolve it immediately and fairly. Staff of restaurant very nice and took great care of us. Some of the clientele were obnoxious - imagine that. Jack's was recommended by a coworker who is a Bama fan so when we were in town for a game, we had to stop and give it a try. Burgers and fries and chicken were all good. Employees were busy but pleasant and kept the dining room stocked and clean. Great service! The food was cooked perfect for fast food the service was fast and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience for fast food. The staff was smiling and seemed actually happy to be there and it was after game day. They make some noise, but they get that communication down on the orders. When there is an error.. corrected quickly. I currently installed the app. My dislike is having to go inside to redeem. The good is great, though when I did GrubHub, they would make me wait sooooo long. Foosacklys gives you more chicken and sauce for your $10 , and the socially young ppl they had working in there can come across as rude at times. I typically avoid eating here. They have a very nice dining room though, and free wifi. I've known it to be too smelly, though there's been plenty of times where I have noticed water on the floor there. For what it is I give it 5 stars. A fast food restaurant on a major college campus. We were in town for Homecoming. It was a few hours before game time. Jack's was not our first choice but we knew anything on the strip was going to be packed with wait times. My family of four (two teens) ate for under $30. Everyone commented that the burger and fries was better than expected (Maybe we've become spoiled to think we had to spend $50 plus). I wanted to try their chicken but another day. My kids have never been to Jack's. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to details evem though it was a heavy crowd and probably had been for a while. TV for football watching and clean tables.
