The second time in a week, we visited this restaurant, and we had a repeat awesome experience. The food was fantastic, and the waitress was very attentive to our needs. She checked on us every few minutes and was quick to help with whatever we asked for. Highly recommended to visit this place if you love Mexican food. It was so cold that we could not enjoy our dinner, the bathroom was so disgusting, we had to go to Walmart just to use the restroom. Food was too spicy for my kids to enjoy and they would not refund the money only because my kids ate a little bit of rice. I cannot believe how great the service is and how great the food is at this restaurant. The Manger MAN greeted me with a smile when I walked in and Accommodated where I wanted to sit. He had a great attitude.. Then my food came out and the food wad 5 stars. Great taste and good portions as well. I really give this place 5 stars and that's hard to get from me. Lol.. Didn't catch the night shift managers name but thank u for a great dinnet... I and my Husband, Son stopped in for an early Dinner after time spent at the Casino 🎰 on our way Home. The Food was Delicious, but they were short on staff 😕 which slows down everything 🤔 Food to Customers, also affects the Cleanliness of the restaurant because staff is trying to provide service. Really disappointed to have to write this. I've been eating here for 15 plus years, but after yesterday, I'm done. My wife called and placed a pick-up order. She let Marcus, the store manager, know that I'd be there by 5:40pm as she placed the order at 4:50-ish. When I arrived at 5:40pm, I approached an unattended bar, stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Finally, the bar tender approaches and checks the ordering system. He advised me that I didn't have an order and went to check with someone else. He came back and advised the kitchen had no order for me at all. Then he goes into the restroom where he finally locates Marcus, the manager, the guy that took our order, an hour ago at this point. Marcus comes out of the bathroom asks me if I'm Kenny, introduces himself and advises me my wife asked him to hold off on cooking our order. I said "that may be correct, but she also asked you to have it ready at 5:40pm, which you said you could accommodate." When confronted with those facts, Marcus says to me " sir, they're fajitas, it won't take us long." So now I have to stand around for another 20 minutes while you not only cook, but box up my order. I put in 10.5 hours everyday. I'm in customer service, Marcus. It's what I do for a living, sir. If I treated my customers like you treated me last night, I'd be out of a job! The worst part...I took a look around the place...you guys weren't even busy. The bar was all but empty.
