Mini Italian was great, but messed up my schedule having to wait 20 minutes to order. There was a line to the door that's didn't dissipate the entire time I was there for lunch, and I was told it is always this busy. Tables dirty, ran out of napkins (they refilled). these guys are just swamped, so build it in an extra 20 minutes if you need to eat here. Jersey Mike’s my favorite go to fast food restaurants that typically doesn’t disappoint. However, I went into the Washington store at 3 PM this afternoon. The store was not busy at all. I happened to pass by the counter on the way to the restroom and was horrified by the condition of the floors and counters. It looked like the employees had had a food fight. Five employees stood chatting amongst themselves at the counter, while full loaves of bread, a mountain of lettuce, receipts, paper, napkins, and other trash littered that floor. The counters were also filthy. I was horrified that they were all standing there, and nobody was making any move to clean anything up. Additionally, the drink station was filthy with the trash, overflowing. I wish I had a snapped a photo it was truly awful. Food is great. Very tasty. But what is not good for the appetite is watching the person making subs OPEN A MUSTARD PACKET WITH HIS TEETH AND THEN PUT THE MUSTARD ON A SUB. Yucky.

This place was so dang nasty didn't notice till after I ordered food. Tea was sour, drink station was so nasty I told Tristin she said oh I think they clean the wall. This place has went down hill since they opened. Asked for BBQ chips girl said what u see is what u get. With that many people working standing around but they use to clean!!! So disappointed I use to love this place. I placed an order online they said 45 minute wait. We got there at the exact time it said to pick up. They told my husband we are working on it. 40 minutes later we finally get our food. I paid extra for bacon and didn’t get a single slice on my sub in a tub. This place has gone down hill recently. Will not be coming back. I’ll drive all the way to greenville just to get a sub! Disappointed. Went in on a Friday after noon at 6pm and saw it was busy and there was a long line. Not a problem, we were willing to wait. While waiting we noticed there is not coordination, no team work no communication between the staff. We noticed travis running up and down doing almost everything himself. Even though he seemed frustrated he was very polite to us and made short conversation unlike the lady at the cash register who was rude when i put my card chip in the wrong way. JERSEY MIKES needs to do better and give travis a raise and some recognition for being such a hard worker and keeping the line moving despite of the chaos.
